Schools are supposed to be a safe environment for children to learn and develop skills they will need to succeed in life.
But that is no longer the case in Joe Biden’s America.
And what one Florida principal was caught on camera doing to an elementary student with a charging cable will make your blood boil.
Destiny Leadership Academy is a private school located in Ocala, Florida.
According to its website, their mission “is to empower children to build a foundation of excellence that will propel them into lifelong learning success.”
“Destiny Leadership Academy is a school founded and sustained on Christian values,” the website reads. “We welcome students who come from any religious, racial, social, or ethnic group.”
The school’s vision is “to deliver the highest quality education in the most positive and passionate environment.”
Apparently, 33-year-old principal Dontay Akeem Prophet never read the school’s mission statement or its vision for the future.
On May 11, the police from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an altercation at the school after a teacher heard screams coming from one of the classrooms.
But the altercation was not between two students.
It was from Principal Prophet beating the daylights out of one of the students for nearly an hour.
“An Ocala, Florida, private school principal has been arrested after allegedly attacking a student in a classroom for over an hour, according to authorities,” Fox News reported.
When the deputy questioned the principal, he claimed that he was only trying to stop the boy from harming himself.
But that was a lie, as the entire ordeal was caught on video by a surveillance camera.
At 11:34 a.m., the surveillance footage shows the victim laying his head on a table as Prophet approaches him.
Prophet can then be seen grabbing the boy and using a chokehold to restrain him on the ground.
He then beat the young child with a nearby charging cable before twisting his ankle and slapping him in the face.
The incident lasted for an hour.
The boy was not able to escape and leave the classroom until roughly 12:40 p.m.
“The footage also allegedly caught the principal grabbing the victim, restraining him on the ground before using a chokehold as well as striking the child with a charging cable, which caused the student to fall and sustain an injury,” People reported. “Deputies also claim that Prophet twisted the student’s ankle and slapped him in the face.”
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) released three minutes from the more than 40-minute altercation as well as the body camera video of Prophet’s arrest.
And the principal was shocked when he found out the entire altercation was caught on tape.
“I don’t know if you know this or not, but there’s a security camera in that room,” the arresting officer can be heard saying.
“There is?” Prophet responded.
“Yeah, and it caught everything on camera,” the officer shot back. “Everything.”
Prophet was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and attempting to commit interfering with child custody.
This is not his first time abusing a child.
In 2019, he was involved in another criminal case with a child that was eventually dismissed.
He was also accused of molesting a child when he served as a camp counselor. But the charges were dropped, and the court withheld adjudication on the one remaining charge, which allowed him to escape jail time.
Prophet will not be able to get off on this disgusting act thanks to the surveillance camera.
