The “woke” thought police at Disney may have struck again, reportedly canceling the beloved character Tinkerbell who has become “problematic” for guests at the entertainment giant’s theme parks.
Remarks that have been attributed to an unnamed Disney executive are causing a stir on social media, stating that the Peter Pan pixie could be inflicting mental trauma upon young girls and is slated for an overhaul to be more compatible with today’s twisted times.
“Tinkerbell, unfortunately, has become a problematic image for our guests; specifically, young girls. Specifically, in terms of the portrayal of an unrealistic body image as well as dependency of approval and/or attention from Peter Pan, as seen in previous incarnations of the character,” the quote reads. “We feel these traits are no longer representative of our inclusive focused values and thus, are currently in process of redesigning an updated Tinkerbell for modern audiences.”

While there has been no formal announcement from the House of Mouse about the disappearing of the diminutive flying female character, the Disney park fan website WDWNT noted that signs are being taken down.
The company seemingly confirmed that the character won’t be doing meet and greets in a response to a user question earlier this year.
“At present, Tinker Bell does not hold a ‘meet and greet’ opportunity at the Walt Disney World Resort. Of course, she does make her evening flight over Magic Kingdom Park at the end of the Happily Ever After nighttime fireworks show! During our recent visit, my family had an amazing view of “Tink” from just outside the Plaza Restaurant! Another way to see Tinker Bell ‘live’ is during the Festival of Fantasy Parade! The parade takes place daily at Magic Kingdom Park! Please keep in mind that character appearances are subject to change,” the response read.
The alleged banishment of the longtime fixture and fan favorite was slammed by users on X, formerly known as Twitter.

They will probably replace her with a male in drag to better accommodate their guests.

The next Tinkerbell will have a mustache and beard.

Being anti-fairy doesn’t seem like the right path for Disney so close to June js

Tinkerbelle happened to be slim and Caucasian – as is the woman that is pictured portraying the character.
That’s a body type that millions of people have.Everyone can’t be black & blessed with obesity. but likely Tinkerbell will be in the dystopian Disney Word of Tomorrow.

Can’t be projecting to little girls a healthy body weight.
Gotta use some overweight dude I mean ‘woman’ instead.

The real story? They’re in talks with Dylan Mulvaney to take over the role.

Tinkerbell has been a Disney fixture since her first appearance in the 1953 animated classic “Peter Pan” back when the company’s primary focus was producing family-friendly entertainment instead of indoctrinating young children into the wonderful world of transgenderism and sexual deviance.
