There is a rather interesting case brewing in New York that is starting to get national attention.
Democrat State Senator Kevin Parker previously voted in favor of the Adult Survivors Act, which extended the statute of limitations for alleged assault victims by one year.
Now, after being accused of rape himself, Parker is calling the law unconstitutional.

Parker voted in favor of the bill when E. Jean Carroll wanted to go after Donald Trump for an alleged rape that she claims took place in a department store.
Now, however, it is Parker who finds himself accused.
According to reports, a woman has come forward regarding an alleged assault that took place after Parker visited her in her apartment after a relief effort for Haitian victims.
Here is the report on the alleged rape…

The woman, Olga Jean-Baptiste, alleges that the incident happened in 2004, hence why Parker now wants to defeat the legislation that he helped pass to try to take down Donald Trump.
After the allegations were made, Parker stated, “I voted in favor of the [Adult Survivors Act] to ensure all New Yorkers can seek justice and be heard.
“These allegations are absolutely untrue. My work and advocacy will continue.”
He has since walked back his support of the legislation, now claiming it is unconstitutional.
Walker is no stranger to run-ins with the law, having several violent incidents on record.
For instance, in 2005, he was charged with assault after attacking a police officer who had written him a ticket.
Several years later, he smashed the camera of a New York Post photographer while taking pictures of Parker outside his home.
In the latter case, he was found guilty and required to take anger management classes.
