As the old Greek proverb goes, “A fish rots from the head down” and it’s no shock that America is falling apart under President Joe Biden’s horrid leadership.
The borderline senile Democrat has been silent as a wax dummy as elements of his party’s base have run amok on the nation’s college campuses, terrorizing Jewish students and tearing down American flags.
With the mayhem having spread from Columbia University in New York City to UCLA on the left coast, Biden poked his head out and delivered a few lame remarks but, terrified of further alienating Muslim voters in Michigan, he made a false equivalence between the raging antisemitism and Islamophobia which is largely a figment of the left’s imagination.
In Thursday remarks from the White House, Biden walked a fine line to avoid angering either Michigan Muslims or younger voters, utterly failing to step up during a national crisis that could soon spill over from college campuses onto American streets, with agitators only fanning the flames.
Biden gives equal weight to anti-Semitism and Islamophobia:
“There’s the right to protest, but not the right to cause chaos. People have the right to get an education, the right to get a degree, the right to walk across the campus safely without fear of being attacked, but… pic.twitter.com/VpEQs3PuYh

“There should be no place on any campus, no place in America for anti-Semitism or threats of violence against Jewish students. There is no place for hate speech or violence of any kind, whether it’s anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, or discrimination against Arab Americans or Palestinian Americans. It’s simply wrong. There’s no place for racism in America. It’s all wrong. It’s un-American,” Biden said, with his remarks seeming a lot like the “very fine people on both sides” hoax that he has constantly peddled about former President Donald Trump.
The president also ruled out deploying the National Guard to campuses, a statement that would serve as a deterrent to the mobs while the left-wing intifada can still be contained, but hey, it’s an election year.
In terms of leadership, give the man a zero point zero.
Taking the opposite approach were the lunatics and Ukraine-worshipping criminals in Congress, who in a misguided effort to combat antisemitism, took a flamethrower to the Constitution by passing a flagrantly unconstitutional bill in the House of Representatives.
According to the First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Yet that’s exactly what an overwhelming bipartisan majority of lawmakers did by voting 320-91 in favor of the Antisemitism Awareness Act, a flagrantly fascistic piece of legislation that criminalizes free speech and, as some pointed out, would make even the Holy Bible illegal – which many Democrats likely want to do anyway.
Antisemitism is wrong, but I will not be voting for the Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2023 (H.R. 6090) today that could convict Christians of antisemitism for believing the Gospel that says Jesus was handed over to Herod to be crucified by the Jews.

Like Biden, Republican Speaker Mike Johnson has demonstrated a monumental failure in leadership with such an un-American piece of legislation – or maybe not, since he bent over backward to accommodate the intel agencies and the White House with his backing of the FISA renewal, and the domestic surveillance of the Democratic Party’s political adversaries.
America is suffering from a serious leadership crisis and the sooner Trump comes back, the better everyone will be.
