Here below, is a list of 9 people among the 30 arrested at the formerly occupied library site who were over the age of 30, which makes it highly unlikely they were students. They also fit the profile of the PSU President who said that non-students were significantly involved in the riot.

— Jared Essig 45 Criminal Trespass, 2nd Degree*
— Frank O. Krehky 40, Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, PV Warrant*
— Emma Wallace 35 Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree*
— Morgan Grover 33 Burglary 2nd Degree*
— Anthony Martino 33 Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, Resist Arrest*
— Lauren Simmons 34 Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree*
— Taylor Wallau 31 Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree*
(* All arrestees innocent until proven guilty)
Many of the rare books at the library were stolen.
Also, the emergency fire system was disabled.
There was also a serious car confrontation (video) that happened. Which is further proof of not allowing riot-like conditions to go on for days.
