Thirteen House Democrats joined with Republicans in backing a resolution denouncing the Biden administration’s immigration policies, which passed the chamber 223-191.
Those Democratic members supportive of the resolution are mostly from competitive seats in this fall’s elections:
- Nikki Budzinski (Ill.)
- Yadira Caraveo (Colo.)
- Angie Craig (Minn.)
- Henry Cuellar (Texas)
- Sharice Davids (Kan.)
- Don Davis (N.C.)
- Jared Golden (Maine)
- Josh Harder (Calif.)
- Steven Horsford (Nev.)
- Susie Lee (Nev.)
- Mary Peltola (Alaska)
- Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (Wash.)
- Eric Sorensen (Ill.)
Though the roster was slightly different, the result mostly mirrored a vote earlier this year, when fourteen House Democrats joined Republicans in backing a January resolution slamming the Biden administration for its handling of the southern border.
