The latest unsealed records regarding the former president’s legal woes deemed “absolutely incredible” after records showed part of the classified documents case “we never heard.”
Throughout the week, United States District Judge Aileen Cannon followed through with a decision regarding the release of records in former President Donald Trump’s Florida case over his alleged mishandling of classified documents. Now, roughly 20 months after his Palm Beach, Florida home was raided by the FBI, commentator Julie Kelly spotlighted a particular detail about an order for Trump’s team to first “come get” what he was indicted for having.
“WELL WELL WELL I am pretty sure we never heard this part of the ‘classified documents/box’ story! More from unredacted motions in FLA–this from an unsealed transcript of witness interview,” posted Kelly on X over a screenshot of the release.
“One of the things I wanted to talk about, if you remember sometime after the administration ended,” the document stated, “GSA (General Services Administration) had approximately six pallets of items, boxes I believe, that were stored in Virginia.”
“And at some point — I guess there were maybe a time limit, I’m not entirely sure — they contacted the office of [Trump] to inform them that, you know, they have to go. They — someone has to pick them up, or the have to be shipped, or something to that effect,” the excerpt continued. “Does this ring a bell at all with you?”
Absolutely incredible!
General Services Administration (GSA) held large quantities of Trump boxes in VA and then ordered them delivered to Mar-a-Lago.
And these were the boxes with ‘classified markings’?

Breaking down the snippet, Kelly wrote, “FBI agent says GSA was holding large quantity of Trump’s boxes in VA and then ordered his team to come get them. I am sure NOTHING hanky happened there…”
She went on to share an exchange of testimony speaking to a pallet of boxes and wrote, “So an entire pallet full of boxes that had been held by GSA somewhere outside of DC is dumped at Mar-a-Lago. Apparently these are the boxes that ended up containing papers with ‘classified markings.’ I will double check indictment but I don’t recall this even in the timeline…”

From the onset, Trump had kept the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in his sights for allegedly coordinating with President Joe Biden’s administration as part of lawfare in a political persecution against the leading opponent for the White House in 2024.
In one reaction to the apparent plot twist regarding the custody of documents, a social media user reacted to Kelly and wrote, “So, in other words, the federal government potentially shipped boxes of classified information from government storage to Trump at Mar-a-Lago, then charged him for possessing it, then rescinded his clearance after charging him?”
“Basically,” responded Kelly.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, offered his own take on the revelations as he succinctly argued, “It was a set-up from the get-go.”

Wow. I hope Trump’s legal is on that. Clearly, that is very suspicious.

So, is that how they ended up at Mar-a-Lago — they were “shipped” by GSA to MAL? That’s very different than “Trump took the boxes with him from the WH” Especially, if that “shipment” contained the [only marked?] classified documents.

Total frame up.

It’s like planting evidence and then creating a crime on the planted evidence.
