One of the biggest problems presented by race or gender-based hiring is that it’s virtually impossible to get rid of incompetent employees in today’s environment.
The Biden White House learned a hard lesson on hiring people for reasons other than their qualifications when an effort by one of the president’s top aides to get rid of White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre failed after the black lesbian refused to budge.
In a bombshell report by the New York Post, the paper reported that senior Biden adviser Anita Dunn sought to recruit Democrat allies to cajole the elfin activist out the door, removing a major embarrassment from a prominent role before the election.
Don’t let them push you out, Karine!!!

According to the Post, “There were a number of people she asked to engage Karine,” a plot that also had the support of White House chief of staff Jeff Zients “who knew about and supported the cloak-and-dagger scheme.”
“There was an effort to have some outside folks who Karine knows and trusts talk to her about why leaving last fall would have made a lot of sense for her and her career,” an unnamed source told the outlet, describing it as an “effort to encourage her to move along.”
“Jeff and Anita were trying to find Karine a graceful exit,” the paper quotes another anonymous source, with the officials being mindful of the “ugly optics” of giving her the boot and apparently fears of being seen as racist if she was forcibly made to leave sunk the “coup” against the poison-tongued pygmy.
“There’s a huge diversity issue and they’re afraid of what folks are going to say,” a source said. “I think Karine has decided to stay come hell or high water and that’s that.”
It’s hard to see why anyone would think Karine Jean-Pierre is incompetentpic.twitter.com/PPlLccyqEr

On the positive side, as embarrassing as Jean-Pierre has been, she just isn’t in the same league as fired former Department of Energy official Sam Brinton, a brazenly exhibitionist transvestite whose fondness for prancing around in women’s panties led him to steal luggage from multiple airports – he got caught.
The White House’s troubles with Karine are a microcosm of a much larger – and mushrooming – national competency crisis with roots in the corporate DEI crusade.
Four years after the death of the saintly George Floyd put anti-white corporate hiring policies on steroids with more able candidates having their resumes fed into the shredder in favor of hires based on skin color and gender persuasion, a national epidemic of incompetence, apathy, bad attitudes, and crummy quality is now obvious just about everywhere.
Everybody sees it, even if they don’t dare admit it.
Jean-Pierre’s appointment to the high-profile job has truly been historic – as in historically bad – but she’s not going anywhere and the White House is stuck with her.
“I think everyone’s resigned to the fact that she’s not going anywhere on her own,” one of the sources told the New York Post.
When it comes to DEI hires, the wise suggestion is to take Nancy Reagan’s advice and “just say NO!”
