An arrest warrant has been issued for Democratic Pennsylvania State Representative Kevin Boyle, confirmed by police on Tuesday. This development follows Boyle’s 2021 arrest for harassment and violation of a protection order, which his estranged wife had obtained against him. The violation involved sending her text messages despite the order.

Representative Boyle has served Pennsylvania’s 172nd district, which includes parts of Montgomery County and Northeast Philadelphia, since 2011. He is currently seeking re-election for what would be his eighth term.
In a separate incident in February, Boyle was reportedly involved in a disturbance at Gaul & Co. Malt House in Rockledge, where he appeared to be intoxicated. Video footage from the scene showed him aggressively confronting and threatening the staff. During the confrontation, he was heard shouting, “Do you know who the f**k I am? I can f**king end this bar, by the way. I’ll f**king end this bar.” Although he was repeatedly asked to leave the establishment, he was not charged following this incident.
