Congratulations! Once more you somehow made it through, “tax season.” After undergoing your yearly ritual financial proctological exam, spreading out every penny of taxable income and itemizing every available deduction (assuming you have gone thru the trouble of keeping meticulous records should you be called before an IRS Tax Court to prove your innocence) you can once again rest easy — so to speak — as you begin compiling your file folder of income and expenses for next year.
Of course, it really does not have to be this way. In fact, for well over a hundred years, it was not this way. Many people are unaware of it, but the united States of America (before its bankruptcy and corporate reformation as The United States of America) ran quite comfortably on no personal income taxes whatsoever. From 1776 until 1912, for 136 years — more than half the time this nation has existed — America worked quite well without any personal federal income tax by utilizing tariffs, excise taxes and other mechanisms to generate income. We even fought the Spanish-American War without the “necessity” of having to establish a federal “income tax.”
What happened, of course, is that the people who control the Central Banks of the world have always cast a covetous eye on the united States of America. Andrew Jackson successfully fought off the establishment of a Central Bank, and we were able to endure a civil war and still stay out of the clutches of the international banisters because Lincoln created the “greenback” dollar.
But as most of us know, the international bankers never abandoned the idea of eventually ensnaring America into their talons, and when America found itself bankrupt in 1871, it enabled the bankers to set their diabolical plans for the establishment of a central bank in motion.
If you have read G. Edward Griffin’s enlightening book, The Creature from Jekyll Island, you are then aware of the amazing subterfuge and misdirection America’s banking “elite” committed in order to mastermind the establishment of The Federal Reserve Banking System along with its enforcement arm, the Internal Revenue Service. If you have not read this book, consider it required reading if you are a Patriot.
Naturally, the need for the “income tax” was initially sold to the American Public as a tax on just the extremely wealthy to help finance the American government should our participation in a European war become a necessity, and to put into public service the “idle wealth” of the extremely wealthy. As President Woodrow Wilson, sock puppet of Rothschild handler Colonel Edward Mandell House told the American public, the income tax was established to “soak the rich.”
The original income tax form occupied one entire sheet of paper, and the rates and brackets seemed reasonable to most people. Those who earned more than $20,000 per year (in 1913 dollars, this amounted to $298,000) paid 1% of their income; and those who made more than $500,000 (or $7,460,000 today) paid 7% of their income per year. Today, the intricacies of our Federal Income Tax for both business and personal enterprises comprise more than 75,000 pages filled with mind-bending rules, regulations, requirements and exceptions, as well as specific “carve outs” for pet projects, favored businesses and individuals. Entire industries have sprung up and are now established to help guide the average citizen thru the labyrinthine maze of the U.S. tax code, and woe be it to those who ever run afoul of the IRS enforcers.
For it is only in IRS Tax Court where your Constitutional Rights against privacy, search and seizure (The Fourth Amendment) and your right against self-incrimination (the Fifth Amendment) are null and void, and you are guilty by accusation until you can prove your innocence to the satisfaction of your IRS inquisitors. As you may remember, the Fifth Amendment was originally added to our Constitution to prevent both confessions obtained by torture, and its concomitant necessity of self incrimination. Nowadays the IRS is allowed to gleefully gut all those safeguards in order to gather money for the international bankers who own and run the Federal Reserve.
As many people know, of course, the Federal Reserve is not a branch of the Federal Government; so it not “Federal” nor is it a “Reserve” of wealth by any stretch of the imagination (there are serious rumors and more than circumstantial evidence that the majority of gold in Fort Knox was sold off boy the Clintons and replaced with zinc coated gold bars). It is instead a private corporation which charges the Federal Government and, by extension, the citizens of the United States, for the privilege of printing its “Federal Reserve Notes.” Of course, these Federal Reserve Notes, which many people mistakenly believe to be “money,” are simply checks upon the resources of the United States. Real money, according to both our Constitution and the Laws of Nature, is silver and gold. Our folding “money” is only worth the paper it is printed upon.
Once redeemable for actual silver or gold as silver and gold certificates, our “Legal Tender” (which is in reality a government check that is acceptable for the payment of a debt) is just a piece of paper with a number on it, that number signifying a certain amount of “credits” worth of purchasing power. However, that purchasing power has steadily decreased, thanks to the machinations of The Federal Reserve. To put it in stark terms, the purchasing power of One Dollar in 2021 is equal to less than 3 cents in terms of the purchasing power of the 1913 Dollar when The Federal Reserve was established.
(For those of you who wish to know, the eight family owners of the Federal Reserve System and who, by default, are also the owners of America thru debt, are: the Goldman Sachs, Rockefellers, Lehmans and Kuhn-Loebs of New York; the the Rothschilds of Paris and London; the Warburgs of Hamburg; the Lazards of Paris; and the Israel Moses Seifs of Rome.)
For the “privilege” (hidden theft) of allowing the Federal Reserve to “loan” the United States Government the money it requires to buy the paper and run their printing presses, the Federal Reserve charges the U.S. Government (taxpayers) a percentage per annum. The trouble with this scheme is that if you try to keep extracting even a small percentage from a finite pool of wealth, you eventually exhaust that pool of capital, which explains why our current dollar is currently worth less than 3 cents of our 1913 dollar.
Americans spent more than six billion hours last year to keep and file tax records, fill out forms, calculate payments and penalties, and all of it at the cost of hundreds of billions of dollars to the American economy in lost productivity. Many financially wise people have suggested that there are far easier ways to collect taxes which our government insists is necessary to help fund their programs. Bear in mind that the only function of our Federal Government upon the creation of the united States originally was to:
- Protect our country from foreign invasion;
- Establish a system of weights and measures for commerce, and coin money, and;
- Establish a postal service. My, how times have changed.
Now our government includes as “essential” beneficiaries of our taxes to be the bloated corporate welfare programs for corrupt corporate chieftains and business owners throughout America; as well to fund the slothful, lazy, indigent and corrupt welfare class our government has created and nurtured since the founding of President Johnson’s “Great Society” — a euphemism for both a financial mechanism and for programs that were specifically designed to create a permanent underclass in America while rewarding unwed mothers for their proclivity to pump out fatherless babies and collect government welfare checks with the U.S. Government becoming Big Daddy by default. Nowadays, that welfare state has inexplicably expanded to include illegal aliens, their families, their relatives, and whoever can infiltrate into America and its porous borders as they laughingly claim “refugee” status in their struggle to escape the poverty of their own socialist hell holes while inflicting their unnecessary financial burden upon the American tax payer, principally the Middle Class American taxpayer.
Some fine financial minds long ago determined that their were far more equitable and far less cumbersome way of generating pools of capital to be fed back into the gaping maw of the federal bureaucracy so that it could be ritually squandered and wasted upon the usual military boondoggles, corporate giveaways and corrupt welfare schemes. For instance, a VAT (value added tax) could be added to goods and services; or a simple Flat Tax with no tiers, no exclusions, and with everyone paying the exact same percentage could simply be levied upon all earned income without exception. The paperwork to fill out such a tax could be placed on a post card. Or, to rid us all of the Income Tax in any shape or form and end all paperwork forever, a national Flat Tax on goods and service (Sales Tax) could be implemented. Compare these ideas with the multiple forms and pages of documentation you need to file your current IRS tax nightmare. Now just imagine (or “re” imagine, as progressives like to say) — never having to file taxes again!
Further, the idea that the U.S. Tax Code is somehow “fair” because it is “progressive” (that is, it supposedly taxes wealthy people at a higher rate because they can afford that tax burden, while not inflicting such a heavy financial burden on our poorer brethren below) is a complete fraud. After all, exactly what is “fair”? Fair is treating everyone equally. If you apply that concept to taxes, it means that everyone pays the exact same percentage. That is fair. Never forget, too, that a “progressive” tax system, which is perversely touted as the great equalizer in the U.S. Tax Code, is a foundational element of Communism. There is a good reason for this.
The “progressive” element of the U.S. Income Tax Code was established to provide cover for the theft of our natural resources by enabling cliques, industries, groups and ethnicities to claim that their bite of the tax apple was unjust compared to blah blah blah. You get the picture. Our “progressive” tax code allows our government to pit one voting block against another. Since our government is the final arbiter of this largesse, our federal government also accrues power in the process by extracting leverage from the constituent base it supposedly serves.
The problem with income taxes is that the current iteration allows the income tax to be crafted to both punish and reward behavior, artificially allowing government to choose “winners” and “losers.” This is a degree of “central planning” that our Founding Fathers would have found abhorrent, just as they would find the basic idea of an “income tax” to be repulsive on its face.
If one examines the current U.S. Tax Code, which runs to 75 thousand pages, you can find buried within its contents specific carve outs for both industries, corporations and individuals placed there to placate certain financial interests by beholden elected representatives and non elected IRS covert operators. This makes it far from “fair” or impartial, as reducing one person or corporation’s tax bite unfailingly transfers that debt to other U.S. tax payers.
The real question, and one our government is loathe to have asked is this: are Income Taxes even necessary? Remember, our Nation ran without any form of income tax for 136 years and survived. We currently have had an income tax for 108 years. But if we can run a nation without the convoluted burden of an income tax, a tax that is fundamentally abhorrent to our Constitution and one which automatically drains billions of dollars from our economy due to the lost productivity which its’ record keeping and form filing entails, then why can’t we do without it?
To add insult to injury, did you know that the U.S. Federal Income Tax is entirely “voluntary”? This little gem has somehow escaped common knowledge; and certainly the punitive mechanisms with which IRS lawyers have used to spin a web of deceit so deep and vast that the average person simply has no idea that they do not have to “volunteer” to pay this tax, nor do they have to “volunteer” their personal financial information to incriminate themselves when they fill out an IRS income tax statement, this knowledge has remained hidden from public perception. But when did all of us “volunteer” to pay income tax? Well you probably don’t remember because you were quite young; in fact, your “signature” (Sign Nature) was placed on a form at the time of your birth, when one or both of your parents filled out your “birth” certificate, and you received your Social Security Number, which number as an individual is actually traded on the New York Stock Exchange as chattel labor.
Knowing all this, and knowing that a time-consuming, financially draining income “voluntary” tax system is not necessary, nor in the public good, nor imposed for our true financial benefit; and knowing that there are far better alternatives that are far less expensive, intrusive, time-consuming and certainly far more fair and equitable than the multi-thousand page monstrosity that is the current U.S. Tax Code, one must ask WHY are we still burdened with this ever more complex Gordian knot of insanity?
The answer, based upon all we know, is not really a financial one. The answer, like our government’s sham response to the COVID virus, is one of CONTROL. The Federal Income Tax, along with their enforcement arm of armed IRS agents, who are empowered to seize your house, your bank accounts, your business, your assets, and toss you penniless out on the streets by an accusation of guilt while you must prove your innocence in flagrant violation of your Constitutional rights, is really designed for one purpose: Social Control. The Income Tax is really tool of “mind control;” a “psyop” to keep the average citizen under a self-imposed cloud of suspicion created by a shadowy group of financiers who use the tax code to safeguard their vast wealth while manipulating that code to insulate them from upstart rivals and competitors.
While our government might actually have to tighten its belt, stop providing countless giveaways to illegal aliens, stop invading Middle East countries in useless proxy wars to provide security to our special ally, and stop investing billions in weapons systems that are functionally obsolete on the battle field, or on or under the seas and in the skies (the nation of Russia provides for its entire military for one year what The Pentagon bills U.S. tax payers for one week!), the U.S. Government could actually be run, once again, without an Income Tax. Or, as numerous financial wizards have deftly illustrated, if we must have an income tax, there are at least two different methods, undoubtedly many more, that would be far more equitable and fair, and vastly easier to administer than the nightmare system that is currently imposed upon U.S. taxpayers.
The question then remains as to why this has not yet been done? Why is there not before Congress a serious proposal to do exactly that? Again, there is only one logical answer: Social Control. The IRS enforcement system, along with the Federal Reserve’s imposed tax code, is utilized as a form of social control of U.S. corporations, businesses and citizens.
This code allows an avenue for government tyrants and petty political operatives like Lois Lerner, former head of the IRS under President Barack Obama, to impose economic and political pressure on unfavored and troublesome voting blocks, like the Tea Party, by denying them 501C.3 status as non-profits, and tying up their business formations in courts while draining their coffers, essentially neutering efforts at government reform.
We also see this control in the “oil depletion allowance” despite the fact that geologists have proven that oil is constantly created within the Earth, and we have never and will never reach “peak oil” because it is a renewable resource. We see it in the “carve outs” and “earmarks” for social media tech giants such as Google, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in the form of labeling their activities as an apparent “public utility” open to all, rather than the censored and thought-control vehicles they actually are, beholden to the Democrat party to push their globalist one-world economic agenda in opposition to the good of this Republic.
This psychic burden under which ALL Americans labor, which has been learned at the knees of our parents, is that the IRS is simply the most feared government agency on the planet; more feared than the FBI, CIA, and NSA combined for the average citizen. The reason is simple: if the IRS accuses you of a crime, you are guilty until you can prove you are innocent, and you have no constitutional rights against self-incrimination. Should you run afoul of any other agencies, you at least have the pretense of your U.S. citizenship to state your claim of innocence, and the burden is upon your prosecution, not you, to prove otherwise.
Stop and think about it; your bank and now the Post Office has been empowered by The Feds to spy on you for anything financially “suspicious.” If you make a bank deposit of more than $750 in cash, withdraw more than $5000 in cash, or just make a withdrawal or deposit that does not match your “typical” financial behavior — based on the interpretation of a branch manager or maybe even just a bank teller — you could be the subject of an IRS investigation! Or maybe you received a strange looking package from some foreign country; or your social media posts seem to side with those who question the efficacy of the so-called COVID “vaccines” rather than supporting the “mostly peaceful” fire-bombing and arson of BLM or Antifa — then you might just find yourself having a little “‘splaining” to do, as Desi Arnaz would tell Lucy.
The excuse that you “might” be doing something illegal (like dealing drugs) because you made a bigger than usual cash deposit into your bank account with the result that you land on the radar screen of some IRS bureaucrat in Kokomo with time on his hands has a chilling effect on even the most innocent banking transactions we perform. The fact that under the guise of tax evasion, our government is empowered every year to make us bend over and subject ourselves to a financial enema is yet another reason to entirely and permanently do away with an income tax, as its implementation is used as a justification for government intrusion into every area of our lives!
T. Coleman Andrews served as commissioner of the IRS for nearly 3 years during the early 1950s. Following his resignation, he made the following statement:
“Congress [in implementing the Sixteenth Amendment] went beyond merely enacting an income tax law and repealed Article IV of the Bill of Rights, by empowering the tax collector to do the very things from which that article says we were to be secure. It opened up our homes, our papers and our effects to the prying eyes of government agents and set the stage for searches of our books and vaults and for inquiries into our private affairs whenever the tax men might decide, even though there might not be any justification beyond mere cynical suspicion.”
“The income tax is bad because it has robbed you and me of the guarantee of privacy and the respect for our property that were given to us in Article IV of the Bill of Rights. This invasion is absolute and complete as far as the amount of tax that can be assessed is concerned…
“The income tax is bad because it was conceived in class hatred, is an instrument of vengeance and plays right into the hands of the communists. It employs the vicious communist principle of taking from each according to his accumulation of the fruits of his labor and giving to others according to their needs, regardless of whether those needs are the result of indolence or lack of pride, self-respect, personal dignity or other attributes of men.”
“The income tax is fulfilling the Marxist prophecy that the surest way to destroy a capitalist society is by steeply graduated taxes on income and heavy levies upon the estates of people when they die.” (No surprise that The Biden regime is proposing a 40% estate tax.)
“The income tax is bad because it is oppressive to all and discriminates particularly against those people who prove themselves most adept at keeping the wheels of business turning and creating maximum employment and a high standard of living for their fellow men.”
“I believe that a better way to raise revenue not only can be found but must be found because I am convinced that the present system is leading us right back to the very tyranny from which those, who established this land of freedom, risked their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to forever free themselves…” stated Mr. Andrews.
If we are to live in freedom, as a free people, and if we are to enjoy and exercise our freedom without regard to government snooping on the unfounded supposition that we “might” be hiding a source of income or revenue that is taxable, then the only way to rid ourselves of this continued scourge of government intrusion into our private affairs and daily lives is to demand an end to the personal income tax, and explore and implement a system that automatically taxes economic transactions at the same fair rate for all people regardless of their economic or social status.
Only the total elimination of The Federal Reserve, their armed enforcement arm known as the IRS, and the countless privileges, loopholes and economic distortions this current system enables our political elite to impose upon a supposed free-market economy; only the total elimination of a bureaucracy whose real purpose is to forever cast a government shadow upon the free function of a free people; only the total elimination of a government bureaucracy created at the behest of and subservient to a group of international bankers whose over-arching goal is the destruction of our Nation, can we ever begin to take control of our lives, and our government, and enjoy the privacy and equitable privileges of true freedom for which our Founding Fathers fought, bled and died for in the creation of this great Republic.
