Joe Rogan is getting the last laugh on CNN after the network smeared him over his COVID treatment plan, gloating that more people listen to his Spotify podcast than watch the cable television network.
The podcasting king mocked the dismal ratings at CNN, once a respectable news outlet, which has struggled to draw viewers as Americans are increasingly rejecting establishment media in favor of alternative sources that aren’t pushing a political agenda 24/7.
During a recent edition of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the host and comic Akaash Singh revisited the network’s claim that he had ingested “horse dewormer,” the derogatory description of Ivermectin used by regime shills to denigrate treatments other than the controversial COVID vaccines.
At the time, CNN had drawn criticism for appearing to manipulate its video of Rogan to make him appear sickly by using a yellow tinge, something that the network and pro-regime “fact checkers” have disputed.

“They didn’t understand that I have way more people that listen to my podcast than they have, way more,” the podcaster extraordinaire said.
“That’s crazy if you think you’re going to make me look yellow. Like, the video’s still on my Instagram, you f**cking idiots,” Rogan added. “Everybody can see what I really looked like.”
“There’s still people who think I took veterinary medicine. There’s still people that think I was an idiot for taking ivermectin. There’s a bunch of people, they’re surface-level readers, they read headlines, they watch a quick clip on CNN. That’s their consumption of media,” Rogan said. “But most people are not like that anymore. Most people have a real keen understanding that these people are viciously corrupt and coordinated.”
Rogan fiercely pushed back against CNN’s “horse dewormer” smear at the time and in an epic interview, he confronted Dr. Sanjay Gupta about the network’s lies, reducing the top medical expert for the self-proclaimed “most-trusted name in news” to a stammering mess, exacting his pound of flesh from one of the “viciously corrupt” talking heads.

“It’s a lie,” Rogan said, confronting Gupta over his employer’s fib.
“It’s a lie on a news network, and it’s a lie … that they’re conscious of. This is not a mistake. They’re unfavorably framing it as veterinarian medicine,” he added.
“Why would they lie and say that’s horse dewormer? I can afford people medication, motherf**ker. This is ridiculous. It’s just a lie,” he added. “Don’t you think that a lie like that is dangerous on a news network, when you know that they know that they’re lying?”
While there is a version of ivermectin that is an anti-parasitical treatment for animals, the human version has been hailed for its effectiveness for decades, winning the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.
Left-leaning website Mediaite notes: “It’s difficult to gauge the total audiences of Rogan and CNN since both are spread onto multiple platforms. Bloomberg reported last month that Spotify tested a feature disclosing podcast numbers, and Rogan had 14.5 million followers, making him nearly three times more popular than the next most popular podcast. That number would also massively dwarf CNN’s cable numbers, which did see an uptick in Q1.”
