Klaus Schwab, the founder of the World Economic Forum, all these global elites, and Joe Biden all had this one thing in common — they are all predators.
Schwab tries to portray his image as morally upright, who has every right to dictate to the world how to govern.
However, reports reveal that Schwab’s record isn’t as clear as his bald head.
The Wall Street Journal recently exposed that the WEF founder is facing allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination in Davos.
Former employees of the WEF report inappropriate behaviors and decisions by Schwab that affect female workers.
Schwab issued a directive to dismiss all employees over 50 to lower the average age of their workforce. But then WEF’s HR chief refused to implement this without valid performance-related reasons, so Schwab kicked him out of WEF.
In 2017, Schwab was also involved in an incident with a pregnant employee who was leading a startup initiative. After informing the WEF founder of her pregnancy, Schwab took this differently and expressed concern that her pregnancy might affect her work pace, so he fired her after the event.
Some female staffers exposed Schwab for his discrimination against women, particularly the pregnant ones, as many of them thundered at WEF for causing career setbacks.
One woman came forward and narrated her experience with WEF.
“I knew he liked me and I knew he found me pretty. Every man with a lot of power, they think that they can get any woman and they are not ashamed,” Myriam Boussina narrated.
Another former employee who worked in WEF in 2010 revealed the immense pressure brought by Schwab, “There was a lot of pressure to be good-looking and wear tight dresses. Never in my career have I experienced looks being such an important topic as in the Forum.”
Hypocrites of the WEF were also accused of sexual harassment. Among the incidents reported were lewd comments and indecent behavior.
One previous employee quipped that Schwab began throwing suggestive remarks and demonstrated in front of her. Schwab, she continued retelling her experience, said that at one point of their conversation, Schwab told her that he wished she was Hawaiian so he could see her in costume.
“I need to find you a man, and if I were not married, I would put myself on the top of that list,” the staffer recalled.
Schwab, of course, denied all these statements and accused these women of doing these to “mischaracterize our organization, culture, and colleagues, including our founder.”
Insane Schwab made headlines recently after pushing for the “Great Reset,” a system of government much similar to communist China.
