Checkmate for Joe Biden and his communist cohorts!
Aside from consistently topping polls, President Donald Trump secures a hundred million in funding from Republican mega-donor Miriam Adelson, wife of the late casino mogul Sheldon Adelson.
Adelson pledged to send $100 million to support Trump’s reelection campaign.
The couple donated $20 million to Trump in his first presidential bid.
The Israeli-born doctor will bankroll Preserve America, Trump’s super PAC, founded in 2020.
Adelson is the sole owner of Las Vegas Sands and a majority stakeholder of the professional basketball team, Dallas Mavericks.
The widow of Sheldon Adelson has a net worth of $29.5 billion to $33.3 billion.
The former president has been wooing her in the past months, but she maintained neutrality during the 2024 GOP presidential primaries.
Trump also met with her twice in 2023 in Florida and Las Vegas, when he attended the Republican Jewish Coalition’s annual leadership conference. They also had a dinner meeting in March at Mar-a-Lago and have spoken with her by phone a few times.
Aside from Adelson, other megadonors will back Trump, including hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman, who has been critical of recent protests in colleges and universities promoting anti-semitism and supporting Hamas terrorists.
Ackman is also considering endorsing President Trump, according to reports. The billionaire has been a longtime supporter of Democrats but had changed his stance after Biden’s recent blunders.
Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman also said last week that he would endorse the former president, retracting his stance that the GOP needs a “new generation of leaders.”
“I share the concern of most Americans that our economic, immigration, and foreign policies are taking the country in the wrong direction,” Schwarzman said.
“For these reasons, I am planning to vote for change and support Donald Trump for President. In addition, I will be supporting Republican Senate candidates and other Republicans up and down the ticket.”
The former president earlier praised Miriam and described her as a “wonderful woman who her husband loved greatly and, at the same time, respected for her great intelligence.” Her donation to Trump’s campaign is a massive push to the presumptive Republican presidential nominee after being convicted in Alvin Bragg’s sham trial.
Trump’s support outpoured after the jury’s decision, where even blue-collared and minimum wage earners are pitching into Trump’s bid to return to the White House.
Campaign for the former president announced on Thursday that they raised $35 million in just a day and reported that their website got overloaded by thousands who wanted to access Trump’s donation site.
