God Revealed that the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit as ‘ONE GOD’. The Father is the Creator. Christ is the Redeemer. The Holy Spirit is the Sanctifier and inseparable UNITY.
The Word of the Father is Jesus (John 1:14).
Holy Trinity is one God (Matthew 28:1).Through him, and with him, and in him, Oh God, almighty Father, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, all glory and honour is yours, forever and ever
(the Great Amen).
The Eucharist Celebration is the solemn re-presentation of our Lord Jesus Christ to the Father in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. The bread and wine presented on the altar to the Father, become the Body and Blood of Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit at the pronouncement of the ‘Words of Consecration’. Jesus himself renews his sacrifice upon the altar. Jesus is the Priest, Lamb and the Altar. Participating in the Eucharist unites us most fully with the Holy Trinity – God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit – and with one another.
God Became Man:
And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God” ((Luke 1:35) .
Before Ascending to Heaven, Final Instructions of Jesus:
Jesus said: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me, Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the very end of the age” ((Matthew 28:19-20).
The Holy Trinity was Present Throughout the Ministry of Jesus
Incarnation
The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So, the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God” (Luke 1:35) .
Baptism
When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased” (Luke 3:21-22).
Transfiguration
There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light. 3Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus. 4Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters – one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!” When the disciples heard this, they fell facedown to the ground, terrified. But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Don’t be afraid.” When they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus. As they were coming down the mountain, Jesus instructed them, “Don’t tell anyone what you have seen, until the Son of Man has been raised from the dead” (Matthew 17:2-9).
Resurrection
After the Sabbath, and towards dawn on the first day of the week, Mary of Magdalene and the other Mary went to visit the sepulchre. And suddenly there was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord, descending from heaven, came and rolled away the stone and sat on it. His face was like lightning, his robe white as snow. The guards were so shaken by fear of him that they were like dead men (Matthew 28:1-4).
But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you (Romans 8:11) .
The Concept of the Holy Trinity
The Bible teaches that there is only one God. The Trinity is one God existing in three Persons. The Mystery of the Holy Trinity can never be known unless they are revealed by God himself. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are inseparable Triune, and One God. The Bible teaches that the Father is God, that the Son is God, and that the Holy Spirit is God.
With the Pascal Mystery, Jesus triumphantly opened the Era of Grace, thereby sealing the New and Everlasting Covenant. The world is saved by the Cross, by sacrificial love; it is blessed by the Cross and overshadowed by its power. But the mystery of the Cross, is even more profound, for it wondrously the image of the Tri-Personal God, of the Trinity in unity. The Church teaches that it is the symbol of the unfathomable Trinity, the three-membered Cross bearing the tri-personal image of the Trinity. The mystery of the Most Holy Trinity is the central mystery of Christian faith and life. It is the mystery of God in himself.
The famous Trinitarian concept used in our daily liturgy by the priests during Holy Mass is,
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you (2 Corinthians 13:13).
The Trinity is a concept that is impossible for any human being to fully understand. The doctrine of The Trinity is one of the divine dogmas defined by the Catholic Church and reveals that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as one God in three persons. This dogma is so mysterious, it presupposes a Divine revelation. A mystery is a truth which we are not merely incapable of discovering apart from Divine revelation. Of all revealed truths this is the most impenetrable to reason.
The Three Persons are co-eternal and co-equal; all alike are uncreated and omnipotent. Father is the Divine Paternity, the Son the Divine Filiation, and the Holy Spirit the Divine Procession. The Father is the supreme source from whom the Divine Nature and perfections flow to the Son. The Son is ‘the only begotten of the Father, before all worlds (Nicene creed0). The Holy Spirit is ‘from the Father and the Son, neither made, nor created, nor begotten, but proceeding’.
With Love the Father created and with Mercy, he redeemed the universe. From the beginning:
God the Father is the lover, Christ is the beloved and the Holy Spirit is the love between the Father and the Son’. The Spirit himself joins with our spirit to bear witness that we are children of God. And if we are children, then we are heirs, heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17).
The relationship of God the Father and the Son is revealed in detail in the Gospel of John:
No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day (John 6:44).
No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God; only he has seen the Father (John 6:46).
I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me (John 14:6).
The universal form of Doxology, ‘Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,’ so clearly expresses the Trinitarian dogma.
The Baptismal Formula is in Matthew:

The Great Amen, “Through him, and with him, and in him, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, all glory and honor is yours, almighty Father, forever and ever Amen” is said by the Priest at every Holy Mass from Dawn to Dusk honours the inseparable Holy Trinity.
In the prayer Hail Mary we invoke the presence of the Holy Trinity in the Incarnation.
The Old Testament confirms that at the Will of God the Father, the Spirit of God was poured out on the Prophets to prophesy (cf.John 3:34; Luke 24:27). Fifty days after the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit filled the Earth as Jesus has promised. The Church was born at the Descend of the Holy Spirit upon the World. By Baptism, we became the Children of God, filled with the Holy Spirit and at our request the Holy Spirit is always ready to help us.
I will put my law within them, and I will write it upon their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people (Jerimiah 31:33).
On Mount Sinai, the people of Israel became a nation; and so the Jewish Feast of Pentecost celebrated the birth of a nation.
The mystery of the Most Holy Trinity is the central mystery of Christian faith and life. It is the mystery of God in himself. It is therefore the source of all the other mysteries of faith, the light that enlightens them. It is the most fundamental and essential teaching in the “hierarchy of the truths of faith”. The whole history of salvation is identical with the history of the way and the means by which the one true God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, reveals himself to men “and reconciles and unites with himself those who turn away from sin (CCC: 234).
The Trinity is One. We do not confess three Gods, but one God in three persons, the “consubstantial Trinity”. The divine persons do not share the one divinity among themselves but each of them is God whole and entire: “The Father is that which the Son is, the Son that which the Father is, the Father and the Son that which the Holy Spirit is, i.e. by nature one God.” In the words of the Fourth Lateran Council (A.D.1215), “Each of the persons is that supreme reality, viz., the divine substance, essence or nature” (CCC 253).
Jesus is The Word of the Father
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made (John 1:1-3).
Prayer of Jesus:
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. I have glorified You on earth by accomplishing the work You gave Me to do. And now, Father, glorify Me in Your presence with the glory I had with You before the world existed (John 17:3-5).
But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times (Micah 5:2).
Jesus said:
My Father who has given them to Me is greater than all. No one can snatch them out of My Father’s hand (John 10:29).
I and the Father are one (John 10:30).
then what about the One whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world? How then can you accuse Me of blasphemy for stating that I am the Son of God? (John 10:36).
The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life-only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father (John 10:17-18).
And whoever sees Me sees the One who sent Me (John 12:45).
You heard me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I (John 14:28).
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent (John 17:3).
The most important one is this:
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one (Mark 12:29, Deuturonomy 6:4).
