REPORT: Cardi B and Tomi Lahren get into Twitter fight over government shutdown, Ocasio-Cortez wades in

Rapper Cardi B got into a Twitter fight with Fox Nation host Tomi Lahren over the partial government shutdown.

In an exchange that began with Lahren mocking Cardi B for a recent viral video lamenting how thousands of federal government workers are working without pay, the entertainer lobbed a threat at the conservative commentator.

The article goes on to state the following:

“Leave me alone I will dog walk you,” Cardi B tweeted at Lahren.
“Dog walk” is a slang term for a beating, according to a consensus of definitions on Urban Dictionary.

Freshman Democratic Sen. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez waded into the battle at one point, tweeting, “Why do people think they can mess with Bronx women without getting roasted? They act as though our borough hasn’t been perfecting the clapback game since the Sugarhill Gang y’all just found it on Twitter.”

Lahren responded, “Aren’t you the same girl who whines about Trump inciting violence? Now you applaud it because it’s against a female conservative you disagree with politically? Convenient. P.S. I do fully acknowledge @iamcardib is smarter than YOU.”
