1. New State Department diversity chief believes US is a ‘failed historical model’ with a ‘colonizing past’:
Fox News – The Biden administration’s new State Department diversity chief previously called America a “failed historic model” and demanded the destruction of tradition “at every juncture” on the altar of antiracism.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced last week the appointment of Zakiya Carr Johnson as their chief diversity and inclusion officer. Blinken touted Carr Johnson for bringing “expertise and a fresh perspective on how we build a workforce that reflects America.”
Carr Johnson previously served as then-President Barack Obama’s senior adviser and director of the first Race, Ethnicity and Social Inclusion Unit at the State Department.

Denny’s Insight: There is nothing more useless, unnecessary, and unethical than a diversity, equity, and inclusion manager or director position. Your entire objective is to screw up your company or administration’s function of operating with the best of the best. Although, this is the Biden administration, so it comes as no surprise…
2.
The Blaze – California police said an illegal alien teenager from El Salvador was arrested in connection to the murder and mutilation of a man found in an orchard in January.
On Jan. 17 at about 2 p.m., a farmer called police after finding a suspicious car dumped in the middle of an orchard near Belmont and Washoe Avenues west of Mendota. When deputies investigated, they found the dismembered body of 25-year-old Fraylee Hernandez in the trunk of the car.
During the investigation, police identified a prime suspect and determined that Hernandez had died 11 days prior to his body being found. On Tuesday, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that they had arrested an illegal alien for the crime and booked him into the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Campus on Friday.
His identity has not yet been released because he was entered into the juvenile court system. Sheriff’s officials said he was an illegal immigrant who had been 17 years old at the time of the murder but has since turned 18 years old.
Denny’s Insight: LOCK. UP. THE BORDER. Also, it shouldn’t matter if he’s a teenager; release the name and deport him. He shouldn’t be here!!!
3. Nvidia enters correction territory as stock falls 10% from all-time highs:
CNBC – Chipmaking giant Nvidia has entered “correction territory,” with its shares now down 10% from their most recent all-time closing high.
The company, which makes graphics processing units — or GPUs — has been a key beneficiary of the artificial intelligence boom, which boosted demand for its chips.
Nvidia GPUs are commonly used for compute-intensive AI applications, such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT AI chatbot. Its server chips are also a key component of data centers.
The company’s financial performance has been on a tear in the past year. It reported a 486% jump in non-GAAP earnings per diluted share in the December quarter, citing huge chip demand, thanks to the popularity of generative AI models.
The stock has come under pressure for the past two weeks, however. The shares are off 10% from their last all-time closing high of $950 apiece, which they hit on March 25. The stock closed at a price of $853.54 on Tuesday, down 2% for the session.
Denny’s Insight: Maybe revolutionary Nvidia isn’t as strong as everyone thinks…
4. Arizona Attorney General Says She Won’t Enforce State Supreme Court Ruling Banning Abortion:
Daily Caller – Democratic Attorney General Kristin Mayes of Arizona announced on Tuesday that she would not enforce a ruling from her state’s supreme court upholding an 1864 law that bans most abortions.
On Tuesday, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that a law criminalizing abortions, except in cases where necessary to save the mother’s life, may be enforced following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization in 2022, which ruled that there is no constitutional right to an abortion. Mayes, one of the named parties in the case, subsequently issued a statement on X condemning the decision while claiming that her prosecutors would not enforce the law against doctors and women seeking abortions.

“This should not be a felony. And Republicans need to be as vocal as they can be across the country, rebuffing the Arizona ruling [on abortion] yesterday, and it’s up to Arizona to fix it now.”
