Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tweeted a video on Monday from a 2016 presidential debate in which she called Donald Trump Vladimir Putin’s puppet.
“Like I said: A puppet,” Clinton tweeted.

“Putin from everything I see has no respect for this person,” Trump said in the video Clinton tweeted.
“Well, that’s because he’d rather have a puppet as president of the United States,” Clinton responded.
Clinton’s tweet is a response to a New York Times report, which claimed the FBI opened an investigation into Trump possibly be a knowing agent of the Russian government.
“I never worked for Russia, and you know that answer better than anybody,” Trump said on Monday in response to the New York Times report. “I never worked for Russia. I think it’s a disgrace that you even asked that question because it’s a whole big, fat, hoax.”
