Did you hear about Costco?
The major retailer announced recently that they will not sell mifepristone, otherwise known as the abortion pill, at their pharmacies!
This is a huge victory for life in the wake of our protest efforts over the last few years against neighborhood pharmacies selling this deadly pill.
When Walgreens and CVS announced they were selling the abortion pill, you and your fellow pro-lifers wrote letters, made phone calls, protested outside stores, and made such an overall racket that Costco has decided they wanted nothing to do with the abortion pill.
It’s amazing to see our pro-life efforts bearing fruit all these months after the big push, but that’s how it goes sometimes, and that’s why it’s important that we remain faithful in our pro-life work, even when the going gets tough.
And you can take another action today on this front by calling CVS and Walgreens to tell them to follow Costco’s lead and get OUT of the abortion business!
You can call Walgreens at 1-800-925-4733, and call CVS at 1 (800) 746-7287 and tell them “I heard that Costco announced they are not selling the abortion pill Mifepristone, and I urge you to stop selling it as well.”
If you use their pharmacy, you can even let them know you plan to shift your prescriptions elsewhere until they change this policy.
