Democrats are addicted to using lawfare as a political tool, and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison boasted about clogging the courts with lawsuits against President Donald J. Trump.
On Monday, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) kicked off its annual summer meeting with party officials from across the nation gathering in Minneapolis, where they were treated to a series of deranged rants from local Democrats who raged against Trump while doing nothing to address solutions to the party’s growing unpopularity with the electorate.
As one of the speakers, the state’s top prosecutor gloated about suing Trump and crowed that blue state attorneys general will continue to make up for their political impotence by leveraging the legal system and activist judges to nullify the will of the American people by blocking the president’s reforms.
“Even us Democratic AGs have sued this dude 44 times — and we’ll sue him 44 more and 44 more after that.”

During his rant, the radical Muslim saluted obstructionist Texas Democrats who abdicated their duties by refusing to vote for legislation they didn’t like and vowed that there would be no end to the party’s lawfare.
“Have we forgotten about our Texas Dems, standing up so bold, so brave, so powerful,” said Ellison, working the crowd like a preacher. “And even us Democratic AGs have sued this dude 44 times, and we’ll sue him 44 more and 44 more after that.”
The former DNC deputy chairman then rattled off a list of examples of lawsuits against Trump, including one that he is particularly proud of, preserving the barbaric practice of child genital mutilation surgeries on behalf of the transgender movement, the tiny demographic that, despite its measly numbers, has been the tail wagging the Democratic Party dog.

“And we have sued him for gender affirming care,” he boasted. “Yes, we are not going to scapegoat our transgender community, and we have sued him to stand up for medical research, the National Institute of Health.”
“And we have sued him for birthright citizenship,” Ellison continued. “And we have sued him to protect our environment. And we will sue him every day and all the time, and we will be unrelenting, and I want you to know that.”
Another of Ellison’s lawsuits seeks to continue to put girls in athletics at a disadvantage by allowing physically dominant transgenders – biological males pretending to be females – to participate. A gross bending of the rules that has crushed the dreams of females who have excelled at competition, only to be cheated by being forced to participate on a playing field that has been unfairly tilted against them.
The Minnesota AG boasted about the suit filed earlier this year in a recent interview with Public Citizen.
“We are fighting to protect transgender athletes. In fact, we were in court doing it today… Donald Trump and [Attorney General] Pam Bondi were threatening to sue me… I sued them first!” Ellison said, according to Fox News.
“Because of this issue of them trying to exclude transgender athletes. And what we’re talking about is kids folks. We’re talking about kids, minors, who all they want to do is be on the team and build relationships with their friends,” the lawfare-loving attorney general added. “But this guy has said ‘no, they must be excluded, they must be scapegoated.’ We said ‘absolutely hell no!’”
“Why would a grown man sue the Trump administration to allow other biological males to participate in women’s sports? This is creepy and anti-woman,” a White House spokesperson previously told Fox News Digital in a statement responding to Ellison’s lawsuit.
