Ignorant, Foolish Democrat Herds Believe They Are Above the Law

How many times have we heard the shouting and bellowing from members of the Democrat/Communist Party USA (DCPUSA) which generally turns into confrontation with law enforcement, i.e., ICE that no one is above the law? Directed at President Trump, of course.

In this case, it’s narcissistic elected fools in the Texas State Legislature who, once again walked out of the House floor and fled the state refusing to do their job. This tantrum was over redistricting for Congressional seats.  (Texas is one of four states who are only in session for a maximum of 140 days every other odd year.  That doesn’t mean elected state reps and senators simply vanish for two years.  They actually start sorting bills submitted to appropriate committees in preparation for opening day months before a regular session begins.)

Here in Texas, we have some of the most ignorant and vicious (allegedly) elected members of the legislature who belong to the DCPUSA.  Yes, we also have one of the dumbest U.S. House members (next to AOC) here in Texas:  Rep. Jasmine Crockett who never met a mirror she didn’t love was elected because of her skin color and ignorant brainwashed, illiterate voters, labeled “people of color”.

Crockett is an embarrassment to our state and the vomit out of her big mouth has convinced anyone who isn’t white is a “victim”.  Like hate Jews this kind of hate is spreading like a cancer.  I hate to break the news to Bozo Crockett but I am a “person of color”.  That’s right, I was born Caucasian – as if I had any say about my skin color at birth. On the color spectrum white is considered a color so I’m “a person of color”.  “Persons of color” is just another clever marketing tool used by the Marxist scum in elected offices promoted by the now nearly DOA: The “mainstream” media and cable networks.

I doubt Crockett has ever read U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence or the Texas State Constitution.  She is a foul piece of work but elected solely because of her skin color, not because she has any functional brain activity.  Rep. Our regular legislative session (the next being Jan. 2027) ended at the end of May.  All the members of the DCPUSA, again, fled the capitol for communist run states like Illinois so there would be no quorum to vote in the House.  The big rub for all these reps – no Caucasians) is redistricting.  As I covered in my last column on the census, this herd of fools are pissing their pants because they will very likely lose five seats in Congress which would be a blessing for this state and our country.  For natural born and naturized Americans who followed the law and became legal citizens.

Governor Abbott Orders Texas Department Of Public Safety To Arrest Delinquent House Democrats, August 4, 2025 | Austin, Texas – “Governor Greg Abbott today ordered the arrest of delinquent Texas House Democrats.

“Texas House Democrats abandoned their duty to Texans,” said Governor Abbott. “By fleeing the state, Texas House Democrats are holding hostage critical legislation to aid flood victims and advance property tax relief. There are consequences for dereliction of duty.

“Speaker Dustin Burrows just issued a call of the Texas House and issued warrants to compel members to return to the chamber. To ensure compliance, I ordered the Texas Department of Public Safety to locate, arrest, and return to the House chamber any member who has abandoned their duty to Texans. This order will remain in effect until all missing Democrat House members are accounted for and brought to the Texas Capitol.” (Never happened which is why the DemonRats keep pulling their political shenanigans.)

Paxton Investigating Beto O’Rourke PAC for Alleged Bribes to Runaway Democrats, Aug. 7, 2025, The Texas Minute

• Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched a formal investigation into Powered by People, the political organization founded by former Democrat Congressman Beto O’Rourke. Paxton alleges the group may have engaged in an “illegal financial influence scheme to bribe runaway Democrats who fled Texas to break quorum.” Brandon Waltens has the story.
• In an interview with Chris Salcedo, Paxton suggested the group may have violated multiple Texas laws, including bribery statutes, campaign and officeholder finance rules, coercion of a public servant, and abuse of office.
• The move comes as Paxton and Gov. Greg Abbott increase pressure on absent lawmakers, many of whom remain out of state. Paxton has already threatened legal action to vacate the seats of members who do not return by Friday, the deadline set by House Speaker Dustin Burrows. Abbott has filed a lawsuit to remove from office State Rep. Gene Wu, the chair of the House Democrat Caucus.”

JUST IN: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Moves to Declare Every Runaway Democrat Seat Vacant, Aug. 8, 2025: “Paxton announced Friday afternoon that he has filed a “historic” lawsuit with the Texas Supreme Court to declare all 13 seats vacant.

“The rogue Democrat legislators who fled the state have abandoned their duties, leaving their seats vacant,” Paxton said in a statement. “These cowards deliberately sabotaged the constitutional process and violated the oath they swore to uphold.”

“Their out-of-state rebellion cannot go unchecked, and the business of Texas must go on,” he added. “I have asked the Texas Supreme Court to declare what has been clear from the beginning: that the runaway members have officially vacated their offices in the Texas House.” Rest at link. Gov. Abbott had to call a second special session (began August 18^th) that costs us a ton of money because the corrupt, racist, dishonest state house reps spit in our faces, – and their constituents by demonstrating they absolutely believe they are above the law.  Timing is everything so those snakes got their orders (I suspect some were afraid of getting arrested or removed from their seat in the legislature so they came back at the last minute before the special session started.)

So, as before, members of the DCPUSA are above the law because this has happened several times with no consequences other than maybe some pissant DemonRat got pulled from a committee seat. Texas lawmakers have walked out even before current redistricting battle, Aug. 6, 2025 – “But this is not the first time lawmakers have fled the Texas State Capitol to avoid voting on a measure they disagreed with, “breaking quorum” by depriving the statehouse of enough legislators to conduct business. They’ve been doing it since 1870 — more than 150 years ago.”

NIXON: ‘Texas Can Redraw Its Maps Anytime. And the Courts Agree.’ August 14, 2025: “Far from destroying democracy, mid-decade redistricting reflects processes that are messy, political, and entirely accountable to voters.

“In 2003, the Republicans gained the majority in the Texas Legislature after 150 years of Democrat rule and Democrat favored district lines. Texas Democrats had redrawn district lines in 2001 to send as many Democrats to Congress as they could. When the legislature flipped in 2003, the Republican majority wanted to draw a new congressional map that would send more Republicans.

“To thwart the will of the legislature, more than 50 Democratic House members fled across state lines to Oklahoma to prevent a quorum and stop the redistricting bill from advancing. Their absence stalled the process for weeks and forced Gov. Rick Perry to call multiple special sessions.

“The spectacle drew national media attention but ultimately failed. The Democrats returned, the map passed, and, of course, they sued.

“When that case, LULAC v. Perry, reached the Supreme Court in 2006, the justices addressed the core question directly: Is there anything in the Constitution that limits redistricting to once per decade? The answer was a resounding no. 

“The Court concluded that “nothing in the Constitution prevents a state from redrawing its congressional districts more than once during a census cycle,” so long as it complies with equal population and federal voting rights requirements.”

Of course, the DemonRats who skipped town knew all this and that likely, as before, nothing would happen to them for vacating their office for weeks and refusing to do their job as an elected official because in their pea brains they’re above the law to save democracy!

James Madison is known as the Father of the U.S. Constitution.  How right he was hundreds of years ago: “Democracy was the right of the people to choose their own tyrant.” “Democracy is the most vile form of government.” “Wherever there is interest and power to do wrong, wrong will generally be done.” “Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.”

Of course, some governors who belong to the DCPUSA, like the poster boy of gluttony, billionaire J.D. Pritzker of Illinois welcomed those cockroaches with open arms.

Those DemonRats in our legislature held rallies and screamed into their microphones about racism and the usual Democrat script to herds who know nothing of the laws of the State of Texas.  They’re out there cheering on scumbags who only want their vote as they lie through their teeth.

And they are herds, those crowds who cheered on the DemonRat state reps even though it’s costing them more in taxes for a special session.  They cheer for their own destruction out of ignorance because it’s all about people of color and how much freebies will DemonRats in state legislatures promise them.

Problem is, the DCPUSA is losing voters like a dog shedding during the summer. They’re coming to realize they’ve only been pawns in a game of greed and power. Guess what they party they’re turning to?

Democrats Threaten A Nationwide Redistricting War, But They May Not Like The Result – “In a re-redistricting war, Republicans would win.”, August 17, 2025: “A partisan move by Texas to redraw its congressional maps in the middle of the decade to secure five more GOP seats in the U.S. House set off a clamor to replicate the effort in red and blue states.

“Texas Republicans, backed by President Trump, kicked off the effort to lock in control of the House. Democrats staged their usual walkout stunt, but Gov. Greg Abbott made clear Republicans would not back down.

“Past efforts by Democrats to abscond and deny Republicans a quorum similarly only delayed the passage of bills, but didn’t quash them. And Gov. Gregg Abbott vowed to keep calling the Legislature back until enough lawmakers are present to pass the redistricting proposal.

“California Gov. Gavin Newsom tried to flex in retaliation, announcing his state would redraw maps to add Democrats. But unlike Texas, California faces a maze of restrictions, including its so-called independent commission and voter approval requirements. That means Newsom’s threat is more bark than bite.

“Meanwhile, red states are moving fast. “Senators passed the congressional redistricting plan on a party-line, 18-11 vote, following hours of debate and a threatened filibuster that fizzled.”  Gov. Abbott will sign it into law while the power hungry DemonRats “…made clear they intend to challenge the map in court.”  Of course they will and their bitch is it’s all about racism.  Five new seats in the U.S. House is like being constipated for them.  Plus, it’s good for the primaries next year.  Oh, we fought for you so hard but the Republicans cheated, blah, blah, blah.

What horse manure.  From the article above:  “State Sen. Adam Hinojosa (R–Corpus Christi), the first Republican to hold Senate District 27 since Reconstruction, said the new map—which increases majority-minority voting districts—gives South Texas Hispanics “a voice that reflects their values, not outdated assumptions about race or party.”

“This is not a racial shift. This is a values shift, and no amount of shouting racism is going to change that,” said Hinojosa.

“We have all seen the political shift in South Texas over the past several years. It came to a head this last election. I won my seat. President Trump won counties all along the southern border that had not voted Republican in generations, if ever. President Trump won with 55 percent of the Latino vote, and doubled his support among black voters from where it was in 2020.

“So let’s stop pretending that this is all about race. It is about values. It’s about representation. Real representation. The fact that we’re redrawing the maps is to ensure that as these shifts have happened and continue to happen, that the people are able to have representation that reflects their values, not their last name, not their skin color.

“If you’re worried about losing minority votes in this next election, stop blaming maps and start looking in the mirror,” concluded Hinojosa.”  They are insane, literally and will do anything to protect ILLEGAL aliens or “people of color”:

I can safely say MILLIONS of Americans are FED UP with these Marxist hucksters in the DCPUSA, both in Congress and our state houses.  No one is ever held accountable, so they and their herds of sheep continue to cause nothing but trouble and violence to get their way paid for with dirty money.  We see a lot (with much more to come) happening with the new U.S. Dept of Justice and FBI, but we need to see accountability – as in removing the maggots from office (for the stunt that just happened here in Texas), removing partisan, corrupt judges and jail time.

Attor­ney Gen­er­al Ken Pax­ton Con­tin­ues to Urge the Supreme Court of Texas to Declare Rogue Democ­rats’ Seats Vacant for Aban­don­ing Office, August 21, 2025:  Attorney General Ken Paxton filed his merits brief before the Supreme Court of Texas, presenting the legal grounds for declaring vacant the seats of the Democrat legislators who abandoned their duties and fled the state to break quorum.

“Earlier this month, Attorney General Paxton filed a petition for writs of quo warranto seeking a judicial declaration that certain House members forfeited their offices by openly refusing to perform their constitutional responsibilities. In response, the Texas Supreme Court set an expedited briefing schedule. Today, Attorney General Paxton filed his merits briefing outlining the legal basis for declaring vacant the seats of 13 Texas House members who forfeited their roles as elected officials by abandoning Texas.

“Just because some of the runaway Democrats returned to Texas does not mean they get to escape the consequences of abandoning Texas and abdicating their responsibilities,” said Attorney General Paxton. “Crossing back over state lines does not erase weeks of silencing their own districts and forfeiting their offices. These Democrats chose to put political theater above their constituents’ voices. If you deliberately, openly, and blatantly refuse to show up to work for weeks on end, you lose your job.”

“This lawsuit focuses on 13 Democrat members who made public, incriminating statements confirming their refusal to return to the House chamber in order to unlawfully derail the business of the Legislature. These statements, by their own admission, openly show forfeiture of their offices.  Under the schedule set by the Court, the 13 House Democrats have until August 29 to file their responses.
