“Mistakenly deported” Kilmar Abrego Garcia is seeking dismissal of his criminal case in Tennessee, citing it as “vindictive and selective prosecution”.
In truth, Abrego-Garcia did not come up with this all on his own. His team of scumbag lawyers (funded by NDLON and God only knows who else) did. After all, he’s just a “working, Maryland dad” trying to make a living, as the media likes to tell us. And, boy, did his lawyers lay it on thick yesterday:
Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been singled out by the United States government. It is obvious why. And it is not because of the seriousness of his alleged conduct. Nor is it because he poses some unique threat to this country. Instead, Mr. Abrego was charged because he refused to acquiesce in the government’s violation of his due process rights.
Rather than fix its mistake and return Mr. Abrego to the United States, the government fought back at every level of the federal court system. And at every level, Mr. Abrego won. This case results from the government’s concerted effort to punish him for having the audacity to fight back, rather than accept a brutal injustice.”-Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia
Oh, the gaslighting is strong here! Kilmar refused to acquiesce? How about refused to follow the rules for getting into and staying in this country legally? He, apparently had the audacity to “fight back”, too. Yeah, he had the audacity, all right. To get his ass deported only to enter again, illegally, several times. It takes some colossal-sized cajones to have the audacity to think this country owes you anything especially if you do crime, let alone do crime as a non-citizen.
While this guy mistakenly deported, we don’t feel it was a mistake at all. He transported minor children for profit. That’s called human trafficking. But the “news” called him a “working” Maryland father”. Sure. For all we care, he should have stayed in El Salvador because, quite honestly, who wants to pay for his three meals a day in prison? But, he’s here now. And he’s become a media darling, a martyr for the Left and the open-border madness they embrace until, God forbid, someone comes after their own. But, they don’t need to worry about that in their gated communities of like-minded, neighborly ninnyhammers.
The filing from Abrego Garcia’s attorneys was a full 25 pages long.
A group of the most senior officials in the United States sought vengeance: they began a public campaign to punish Mr. Abrego for daring to fight back, culminating in the criminal investigation that led to the charges in this case.”-Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia
He dares to fight back. No. I think he played a game of FAFO. This is what happens when you fly too close to the sun in the face of the law, in brazen defiance of it. Eventually, someone finds you out for the piece of trash you really are. They find out about how you threatened your wife and locked the kids in a room. They do their digging and find out what a “chequeo” means: A (lower-level) member of a very dangerous gang (MS-13). And, let’s not forget about the solicitation of child porn:
DOJ’s motion for the pretrial detention of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia says he: is a member of MS-13, smuggled thousands of illegal aliens throughout U.S., transported MS-13 gang members inside the U.S., transported kids, abused women under his control, and solicited child porn. https://t.co/N5ZwnajJi7 pic.twitter.com/8Ku5Jxi9yI

A Maryland father. Whatta guy!
But he was tortured in an El Salvadoran prison, all. Tortured, we tell you. And denied due process here to boot. Suddenly, the Left loves the Constitution. Funny how that works.
He left with a fresh shave and haircut….

Let’s not forget this “innocent” man was afraid for his life, in fear he might be capped whilst in El Salvador by the 18th Street Gang for murdering one of the member’s mothers. Why, on earth, would an innocent man, not affiliated with MS-13, be afraid of only the Barrio 18 and not MS-13 who both reside in that prison? Was Abrego affiliated with MS-13, though? NAH. Can’t prove it, they say.
A husband, a father. Yes. A gang member? Certainly not! He was no gangbanger. Nor did he transport humans of any age, any sex, for any reason, against their will. Kilmar Abrego Garcia is innocent, here. Just a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy who just wants to earn an honest living here in America, just in the wrong places, at the wrong times, with Trump messing it all up.
“Vindictive and selective prosecution”, and Kilmar Abrego Garcia is the victim. Again. Not his wife. Not his kids. Not the kids or the women or the men he trafficked. I say it’s time to get vindictive selective about illegal criminals. Abrego is not the only one here, but we’re glad he feels special right now. The narrative will continue to spin and paint this man as a law-abiding citizen. He’s not law-abiding. And, he’s not a citizen.
