Thank God this is only the NFL preseason and the games don’t count for anything. If they did, a) losing your pants in a fight would be on your official record, and b) the Bills losing 38-0 to the Bears isn’t sending me through a table headfirst.
This unfortunate incident took place during this past weekend’s contest between the New Orleans Saints vs the Jacksonville Jaguars. I’m going to assume that the guy in black is a Saints fan and the guy in the Jaguars jersey is a Jaguars fan. To be clear, that’s a Travis Hunter jersey. Some of you may get your sports news from ESPN and not know who football players are, and might think he was repping Hunter Biden.
The Travis Hunter fan is the clear winner. After exchanging punches, he dropped the other guy and rained down punches before assuming back control. He’s the one who attempted to walk away after pulling the guy’s shirt over his head.
But what made him the clear victor —and this is key —was that he wasn’t the guy who got beaten until his pants fell down. When you lose your pants, you lose the fight. It’s like getting run-ruled in Little League.
Unclear is what started the fight and/or how much alcohol was involved. The game was a tie, so I doubt they were arguing over that. Maybe the man in black doesn’t like the Khan family and went on an anti-Jaguars, anti-Fullam FC, anti-AEW tirade. Though if that was the case, the overweight guy who was expecting too much from his belt would have been the AEW Sicko.
I just hope that both teams had fun. At the end of the day, that’s all that matters.
