These numbers include 25% who strongly favor the decision, and 30% who strongly oppose it.
Just 35% say Washington, DC is safer than most cities.
Half (50%) of voters say it is more dangerous.
These numbers include 10% who say it is much safer and 18% who say it is much more dangerous
