A second Wyoming teen has pleaded guilty in connection with the murder of a teenage boy at the Eastridge Mall in Casper.
According to Oil City News, Dominique Antonio Richard Harris, 16, pleaded guilty on Friday to participating in the fatal stabbing of Bobby Maher on April 7, 2024.
Attorney Dan Itzen stated that Harris’s sentencing will range from 30 to 75 years in prison for his plea to conspiracy to commit second-degree murder.
In May, Harris’s co-defendant, Jarreth Joseflee Sebastian Plunkett, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. They were sentenced to life in prison.
As previously reported by CrimeOnline, Maher visited the Eastridge Mall after his girlfriend alerted him that Plunkett and Harris, known as JJ and Dom, respectively, were following her and a friend around the mall, according to the Cowboy State Daily.
Maher’s friend said they found the two girls and the suspects walking ahead of them once they arrived, as stated in an affidavit. Maher led the girls out of the mall, instructing JJ and Dom to leave.

“Once all the individuals were outside the exterior entrance doors to the mall, a physical altercation ensued,” the affidavit stated.
Maher’s friend testified that “Dom slammed (Maher) to the ground, and JJ walked up and stabbed (Maher).”
The two teens admitted to stealing kitchen knives from Target, as well as Red Bulls and other items, prior to the attack on their classmate.
Plunkett’s formal sentencing is scheduled for next month, according to Oil City News.
