I love this story. I love it because several pieces come together in it.
Sean Charles Dunn, a DOJ employee, encountered police on the streets of DC. He stopped to berate a Federal agent in protest of Donald Trump ordering a crime crackdown. The policeman silently tolerated the verbal abuse. Unable to provoke a response, Dunn then fires a subway sandwich at the cop, striking him in the chest. A chase ensued and Dunn was apprehended.
JUST IN — An unhinged leftist faces a federal assault charge after jumping and screaming in a CBP officer’s face before throwing his Subway sandwich, striking the officer, in Washington, D.C.

Now for the fun part.
Dunn was charged with felony assault (assault with a deadly sub). He could face up to ten years in prison. He was summarily fired from the DOJ, where he was an international affairs specialist in the Office of International Affairs within the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division. His role involved handling international extraditions, prisoner swaps, and other overseas operations.
In a sign of things to come, Jeanine Pirro didn’t mince words.
“Assault a law enforcement officer, and you’ll be prosecuted. This guy thought it was funny—well, he doesn’t think it’s funny today, because we charged him with a felony.” Pirro emphasized her office’s commitment to supporting law enforcement, saying, “We’re going to back the police to the hilt. So there, stick your Subway sandwich somewhere else.” She framed the felony assault charge against Dunn as part of a broader effort to support President Trump’s initiative to combat crime in Washington, D.C., noting, “President Trump has vowed to make DC safe and beautiful again… The president’s message to the criminals was: if you spit, we hit.”
