A Texas man was arrested last week after he allegedly made lewd comments to an 11-year-old girl while wearing only a diaper with a pacifier around his neck.
Wesley Worl, 45, was arrested on Thursday and charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass, KLTV reported. According to a police report, the incident took place on July 29 in the parking lot of Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler.
The arrest affidafit says that Worl actually approached two children who were riding bikes and scooters in the parking lot, according to Law&Crime.
“Goo goo ga ga,” he reportedly said. “I need a diaper change.”
The girls rode to a nearby home and told the adults what happened. The children were “visibly shaking” and “truly petrified,” the report said.
Court records show Worl has a long list of previous charges dating back to 1999. He has been arrested for stalking and looking at children in inappropriate ways. In one incident he was caught with his hand in his shorts. When asked why, he told officers he was checking his diaper.
This time, Worl was arrested at his work place, KLTV said. He’s being held on a $600,000 bond.
