(The Gateway Pundit)—A federal grand jury indicted a man who was caught on video throwing cinderblocks at Border Patrol agents in June during the Los Angeles riots.
Jacob Daniel Terrazas, 30 was charged with one count of assault on a federal employee by using a deadly and dangerous weapon resulting in bodily injury.
“After repeatedly throwing pieces of cinderblock at law enforcement, officers detained Terrazas, who now faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted,” US Attorney Bill Essayli said.
“We will not stand by while our brave officers get hurt. If you’re thinking of injuring an officer or agent enforcing immigration law, think again. It’s not worth it,” he said.
