X CEO and tech mogul Elon Musk unleashed a social media firestorm yesterday when he called out the mainstream media for not reporting on the tragic assault of White Americans by Black Americans across the country.
In a sad state of events, there have been multiple incidents across the country, involving Black Americans assaulting White individuals in a group.
On X, Musk reacted to the incident by asking, “Why zero stories?,” referring to the media’s refusal to cover such an incident because it may not fit their particular race agenda.
Musk’s comments came as a reply to a tweet by End Wokeness, which pointed out that neither the Associated Press (AP), Fox News, PBS, New York Times, NPR, ABC, NBC, CNN, Washington Post or MSNBC had reported on the incident.
Interestingly, Grok, which is X’s built-in AI program, was asked to comment why the mainstream media refuses to report on stories like these.
Grok’s answer was nothing short of straightforward.
“Mainstream media often ignores stories like this brutal mob assault on a white couple, as it doesn’t fit narratives prioritizing certain racial dynamics. Searches across NYT, CNN, Fox, etc., confirm no coverage as of July 27, 2025. Bias favors sensationalism that aligns with ideological views, substantiated by consistent underreporting patterns in similar cases,” the AI program said.
Defiant L’s notably replied to Musk’s comment, suggesting why the media does not cover stories involving a Black person assaulting an innocent White individual.
“Because the legacy media sucks a**,” the prominent X account said.
“If the races were reversed it would be the only thing anyone would be talking about,” Ian Miles Cheong wrote.
The tragic attack reportedly took place in Cincinnati, Ohio, on July 26.
It was reported that a White couple was attacked by a violent group of Black teenagers at the Cincinnati Music Festival.
“A white couple was violently attacked by a group of Black teenagers at The Cincinnati Music Festival on Saturday night. There’s a reason Africa is the least civilized continent because these are the descendants of people who have cultural tendencies to act like animals. It’s a shame to see this happen as frequently does in the Queen City,” Kacee Allen wrote.
The Vice mayor of Cincinnati was asked to comment on the tragic incident, but instead of condemning the assault that took place, she proceeded to downplay the crime.
“One incident of adults fighting. This is not who we are,” Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Kearney said.
