Russian intelligence gathers damaging information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s health during her 2016 presidential campaign, including evidence that she has “psycho-emotional problems” treated with strong sedatives.
However, Russian President Vladimir Putin chose not to release this information before the election because he believed Clinton would win.
These startling facts come from a House Intelligence Committee report on Russia’s impact on the 2016 election, which Tulsi Gabbard, the current Director of National Intelligence, declassifies and makes public on Wednesday.
The report states that the SVR, Russia’s foreign intelligence service, possesses Democratic National Committee communications indicating Clinton suffers from “intensified psycho-emotional problems, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.”
Based on 20 interviews with intelligence officers and FBI agents, as well as source material from a 2017 report ordered by former President Barack Obama, the committee finds that Clinton is placed on a daily regimen of “heavy tranquilizers,” per the Conservative Brief.
Despite fearing defeat, Clinton remains “obsessed with a thirst for power,” the report notes.
By September 2016, exchanges show that President Barack Obama and Democratic Party leaders regard Clinton’s health as “extraordinarily alarming” and worry it will negatively affect her chances against Donald Trump.
At that time, Clinton, aged 77, reportedly suffers from Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Her advisers guard full details of her health condition with “strictest secrecy.”
The SVR also holds a campaign email discussing a plan approved by Clinton to link Putin and Russian hackers to Trump in order to distract the American public from her email server scandal.
Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) echoes Gabbard’s accusation on Thursday, claiming Clinton is taking tranquilizers while in office.
Gabbard gives a lengthy statement the day before, revealing documents that prove the Obama administration orchestrates a “coup” against then-President-elect Donald Trump. She accuses Obama officials of pushing the narrative that Russia and Trump collude to influence the 2016 election.
Gabbard emphasizes that Russia possesses damaging material against Clinton but chooses not to reveal it. This includes proof of Clinton’s psycho-emotional instability, characterized by uncontrolled anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.
According to Gabbard, Clinton takes “heavy tranquilizers” daily to manage these problems.
During discussions about the Trump administration’s investigation into the Obama administration, Marshall repeats the tranquilizer theory and accuses Clinton of craving all the power she can get.
Marshall says intelligence reports given to Obama show minimal Russian interference, but Obama changes the narrative to delegitimize Trump’s election.
He questions how Clinton could lose despite being on tranquilizers and desperate for power.
The U.S. Department of Justice forms a “strike force” to investigate evidence declassified by Gabbard regarding alleged Obama administration involvement in manufacturing the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.
A DOJ source tells Fox News Digital that all leads are under review and no possibilities are excluded. The National Security Division is expected to be involved in the probe.
Justice officials stress that they take the alleged weaponization of intelligence by the Obama administration “with the utmost seriousness.”
