It is already in a shambles. The longest mischief trial in Canadian history . This an abuse and negation of the Charter’s words and spirit. Following in the sad footsteps of the Maga Carta ‘s origin, Britain’, Canada ‘s Governments demean our history and traditions.
It follows other court actions which also abused the Charter’s words and the rule of law and the recognition of God ( Judaeo Christian) as the framework of Charter decisions.
In my own case ,with other Canadians , the Federal Court system denied informing Canadians ,when asked , whether the Federal Travel ban was constitutional . Repeating these words and what they mean is horrifying.
And we will soon hear whether further abuse will be dispensed by a flawed Judiciary.
As our leaders attempt accusations of undemocratic behaviour abroad here at home they blindly destroy our Charter of Rights and Freedoms and our Constitiution history.
