After a recent broadcast, I got several emails from the Democrat audience.
I wanted to share the emails with you because it will give you an indication of how the left thinks. I constantly tell you when you have a conversation with Democrats or people on the fence, ask questions. You can present facts but you will soften the conversation if you ask questions. Below are some of the questions I got. I have used initials to identify the questioner.
A: Why I like Trump is because he is an autocratic fascist dictator. So I must suffer from Stockholm syndrome.
Karen: I asked what an autocratic fascist dictator was. I got the Wikipedia definition. I said I didn’t want that definition. I wanted to know what they thought. I am still waiting. My question was, how is he a dictator if Trump was elected.
D: Karen, most dictators / tyrants / autocratic leaders WERE elected. Hitler was elected. Putin was elected. Orban from Hungary was elected. It is how you govern that determines whether or not you are an autocratic dictator.
Karen: Dictators don’t have open cabinet meetings or go to SCOTUS to get rulings on following Article 2 of the Constitution. Trump follows the Constitution, SCOTUS rulings and Congress creates the laws. Trump is following Article 2. So, how does that make him a dictator?
He is only a dictator if he installs himself as president for a 3rd term without an election.
D: He is slowly “installing” himself as a “President for life” every day with every new appointment. Every appointment he makes becomes positive proof that the new appointee is loyal to Trump above the Constitution and the country. I personally believe there will not be another election in 2028, and he may eliminate the 2026 midterm elections. You no doubt believe my predictions are exaggerations. But we just have to go back to January 6th, 2020 and see the proof of a single man trying to overthrow a legal and fair election, and the efforts to overthrow the Constitution. And the people who committed crimes in his behalf were given a pass on the very crimes they were tried and convicted for.
Karen: Where was he installed? You may not like it but Article 2 gives Trump the power to do exactly as he is doing. Of course he installs people loyal to him. Every President does. Why would you want to have people who will undermine you? This is called common sense. I believe there will be a 2028 election. I believe that the 2020 election was stolen. I believe the evidence will prove this to be true. What proof do you have that supports his trying to overthrow the election and Constitution?
Biden gave a pass to all his criminal friends using an autopen. Trump pardoned the J6ers because most were incarcerated without due process. Most could not present evidence.
Although he wants a strong military for national protection, he doesn’t want to take over of any other country.
D: How about Canada, Greenland, Panama, Gaza. And renaming the Gulf of Mexico must give him some ownership rights. How about his desire to use our military to go after the drug cartels in Mexico, which would be tantamount to declaring war on Mexico.
Karen: He throws those names out because that is how he gets a conversation going. He got China out of Panama, a military base in Greenland and he is still negotiating with Canada. You do not understand his style of negotiating. How many airports and military bases did the D’s rename?
He has given power back to the states/people and wants to shrink and streamline the government. He believes individualism and doesn’t care about race or gender.
D: He is the most racist President since the Civil War. “Giving power back to the states” can only be done by a dictator / Tyrant. Otherwise he would put it up to a vote of the people. His idea of shrinking and streamlining government is to put all powers of government, of every branch of government in his own personal hands. He has already reduced the role of Congress, and made that branch of government nearly ineffectual. He is fighting the courts nearly every day, and the Supreme Court , like the Republicans in Congress, have nearly relegated all their Constitutional powers over to Trump.
Karen: Example of Trump’s racism please? Giving power back to the states is the 10th amendment. He is trying to stick to the enumerated powers which are the only powers that the government has. That is called shrinking the government. The rest of the powers belong to the states. Most of the agencies are filled with redundancy which is what he is getting rid of … aka: Waste, Fraud and Abuse The Constitution does not mention education because the states were supposed to handle that. He is fighting in court because Democrats are continually suing and continually losing. What a waste of time and money. Maybe they should read the Constitution instead of trying to change it.
He doesn’t believe in violence. What city was burned by his supporters?
D: He doesn’t believe in violence?????????? Do you not remember when he promised any of his supporters in the audience of a rally during his first campaign, that he would pay the legal bills if any of them would just “beat the crap” out of any protesters at that rally. Do you not remember when he suggested to police officers that they not protect the heads of any (innocent until proven guilty) captives as they put them into their squad cars before transporting them to jail. He has suggested violence too many times to count.
Karen: I am confused. His words resulted in what city being burned down by MAGA?
What “violence” that you stated resulted in burning, looting and hundreds of millions $$$ in damage of cities? What city had millions in damage from “peaceful protests” from MAGA?
Yesterday Some House Democrats told Axios that their constituents have encouraged them to prepare for violence and “be willing to get shot” while resisting President Donald Trump’s agenda.
J: And to answer your question about what city was burned, how about Washington, DC, on January 6th, 2020.
Karen: Washington DC is not a city, it is a district. There were no fires except in the church set by a lefty. There was protesting and some vandalism by lefties but DC was not burned down. So, I ask again … What city was burned down by MAGA?
We then switched the conversation to Byron Donalds. I asked my black friend to join me at a dinner with Donalds as the key note speaker. She said NO. He is a racist. I was surprised by that answer. I asked what made her think that. She said I just have to accept her answer. I said I can’t because I must report on facts. She said she will go home and call me. When I get the answer, I will let you know.
I consider these good conversations. Questions were asked, questions were answered No one yelled or cursed. Hopefully, I gave them something to think about. It is so important that we keep talking and correcting the lies. Without our voices telling the truth, they will never learn any opposition.
