The Democrats have become the party of no answers, spending all of their time protesting MAGA and suing Trump on everything he does to improve the country. They are too radical and too anti-Trump with no ideas to make America great – or even satisfactory.
The Left doesn’t actually stand for ANYTHING – except abortions, Palestinians, trans rights and illegal alien criminals being kept in the country.
If the Democrats keep up their radical views, they look to be on track for a faceplant in the 2026 midterms – that is, if the Republicans can capitalize on the idiocy of the Dems (not always a guarantee).
According to the Tampa Free Press who is reporting on what CNN Harry Enten has to say about the upcoming midterms, the Democrats are leading the Republicans by only two points in the generic congressional race. The article points out that it pales in comparison to the seven-point cushion they had in 2005 and 2007.
Trump’s not on the ballot – but don’t tell the Democrats. They’ll still glue every GOP candidate to him. The real question is: what are they running on themselves? Because right now, the Democrats have zero to offer that resembles a pro-America agenda.
The article points out “Yes, Donald Trump may be unpopular, but Democrats have not come anywhere close to sealing the deal at this particular point.”
Meanwhile, the Republicans are currently ahead in fundraising for both the House and Senate for the 2026 election cycle. And don’t forget the crushing approval ratings for the Democrats. Only 19% of registered voters like the job Democrats are doing in Congress.
Democrats are clearly hoping that backlash to Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill” which they have been ginning up – and their lies about Medicaid cuts – will carry them to victory. However, the midterms are still a long way off.
Bottom line: you can’t win elections by screaming “Look at the other guy!” like a kid caught with a broken lamp. That’s not a strategy – it’s a tantrum. The Democrats have hitched their entire wagon to anti-Trump hysteria and fringe causes that alienate middle America. Meanwhile, when voters notice that they’ve got more cash in their pockets, Democracy hasn’t ended, the planet hasn’t imploded from global warming, grandma is still cashing her social security checks and hasn’t lost her Medicaid, the voters will have few reasons to believe the Left’s doomsday narratives and won’t be rushing to vote blue.
