By Taxpayers Association of Oregon Foundation,
One of the longest standing and top rated restaurants in Portland, Higgins, just posted a social media post on Facebook.
It is a giant cry for help for them and the whole neighborhood of small businesses that are at risk.
Here is Higgins social media message:
This comes as Portland has suffered from low hotel occupancy and low tourism.
Recently several flights have been cancelled due to a lack of people arriving to Portland.
Last year, Portland was ranked the #1 business office vacancy rate city in America.
Business owners are making a plea for help.
