Deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, is reportedly ready to testify to Congress, much to the joy of Trump allies like Roger Stone.
“She would be more than happy to sit before Congress and tell her story,” a source confirmed to the Daily Mail. “No one from the government has ever asked her to share what she knows.”
“She remains the only person to be jailed in connection to Epstein, and she would welcome the chance to tell the American public the truth,” the unnamed source added.
The announcement prompted celebration from Stone, a longtime ally of President Donald Trump.

In the tweet above, Stone shared his belief that Maxwell’s testimony would only benefit Trump and hurt his political enemies.
In its report, the Daily Mail also implied that congressional Republicans have somehow been blocking Maxwell from speaking. There appears to be no proof to substantiate this insinuation.
Meanwhile, the Trump administration is definitely moving forward with an attempt to block Maxwell from appealing her 2021 sex trafficking convictions to the Supreme Court.
Maxwell’s attorneys have argued that she should never have been convicted because she was protected by a 2008 non-prosecution agreement that her now-deceased boss struck with prosecutors in Florida 17 years ago, according to ABC News.
The agreement said that if “Epstein successfully fulfills all of the terms and conditions of [his plea deal], the United States also agrees that it will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to” four of his assistants, reportedly NOT including Maxwell.
“Despite the existence of a non-prosecution agreement promising in plain language that the United States would not prosecute any co-conspirator of Jeffrey Epstein, the United States in fact prosecuted Ghislaine Maxwell as a co-conspirator of Jeffrey Epstein,” Maxwell’s attorneys wrote in their appeal petition.
But the Trump administration disagreed.
“That contention is incorrect, and petitioner does not show that it would succeed in any court of appeals,” U.S. Solicitor General D. John Sauer wrote in a rejection of Maxwell’s appeal filed Monday.
“The government was not even aware of [Maxwell’s] role in Epstein’s scheme at that time,” he added.
The rejection reportedly came after several delays prompted by the infamous Diddy trial.

Sauer also argued in his rejection that “the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Florida — then led by R. Alexander Acosta — did not intend to bind other federal districts and had no authority to do so without the approval of those districts or the Criminal Division of the DOJ,” according to ABC.
“And there is no indication here that anyone involved in negotiating Epstein’s NPA obtained the necessary approval for binding other USAOs or thought it was necessary,” he wrote.
In a statement issued Monday, Maxwell attorney David Oscar Markus slammed the Trump administration and President Trump himself over the rejection.
“I’d be surprised if President Trump knew his lawyers were asking the Supreme Court to let the government break a deal. He’s the ultimate dealmaker—and I’m sure he’d agree that when the United States gives its word, it should keep it,” Markus said.
“With all the talk about who’s being prosecuted and who isn’t, it’s especially unfair that Ghislaine Maxwell remains in prison based on a promise the government made and broke,” he added.
Sigrid McCawley, an attorney for many of Epstein’s victims, also released a statement Monday.
“After two-plus decades of recruiting and abusing young girls trapped in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking enterprise, Ghislaine Maxwell has again attempted to escape accountability by trying to hide behind the non-prosecution agreement,” he told ABC News.
“Maxwell does not deserve any protection, and she should remain in prison for the horrific crimes she committed,” he added.
