An investigation is underway in California after a toddler boy’s body was discovered in a parking lot on Saturday.
The unidentified boy was reportedly found dead near trash bins in a commercial parking lot in Panorama City. According to the Los Angeles Times, video footage suggests the boy was left there, though how he died remains unclear.
The deceased boy is believed to be between 3 and 4 years old. A local business owner told KTVU that his surveillance cameras filmed suspicious activity shortly before the toddler’s body was discovered.
