During a fiery speech at a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) event Saturday night, former ICE Director and “Border Czar” Tom Homan clashed with a heckler in a moment that quickly went viral online.
While discussing his work deporting illegal migrants, Homan was interrupted by a heckler who shouted, “Are you an MS-13 member?” The jab came as Homan spoke about border security, and it was met with loud boos from the crowd.
The heckler appeared to hold up a photo depicting Homan with gang-like tattoos on his knuckles, suggesting he was part of MS-13. Homan wasted no time firing back.
“Why don’t you come up here and hand me that picture?” he said, unfazed by the interruption. The crowd rallied behind him, breaking into a roaring chant of “USA! USA!”
Homan didn’t stop there. “This guy wouldn’t know what it’s like to serve his nation. This guy ain’t got the balls to be an ICE officer. He hasn’t got the balls to be a border patrol agent. This guy lives in his mother’s basement,” he told the audience.
He added, “The only thing that surprised me is you don’t have purple hair and a nose ring. Get outta here, you loser.”
To cap off the verbal smackdown, Homan challenged the heckler: “And if you’re such a badass, meet me off stage in thirteen minutes and fifty seconds.” He finished with one last jab: “I guarantee you he sits down to pee.”
The crowd erupted, clearly siding with Homan, who has become a favorite among conservative audiences for his tough-on-immigration stance and no-nonsense style.
