Trump is now telling MAGA to drop the Epstein client list. But for millions of ordinary Americans, that is not so easy to do. This story has stayed alive for over twenty years because people know exactly what it is.
It is a disgusting, tangled mess of rich men, underage girls, and secret deals that only the powerful can buy. This was never just folklore. Court records and victim testimony show Epstein groomed and abused girls as young as fourteen, with Ghislaine Maxwell recruiting and enabling all of it. So spare me the spin that this was just some rumor about barely legal women. This was real, and it was rotten.
One of Donald Trump’s popular campaign promises was to work on releasing the Jeffrey Epstein files, so we could see how many people still in power were clients of the infamous child trafficker. In a new mystifying message, Trump not only supported his attorney general in not releasing the files; he bashed his own base.
Voters love Trump for defying the Deep State, for promising to drain the swamp, for vowing to track down criminals — especially child abusers. He was elected on promises of enforcing the law against criminals. Now Attorney General Pam Bondi is claiming that the Epstein files are just a myth, even though she had previously claimed they were sitting on her desk (apparently Epstein’s guilty plea to child prostitution and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell’s 20-year prison sentence for conspiring with him to abuse minors were accidents). The truly shocking part is that Trump is backing Bondi. We saw this sort of debacle play out with Richard Nixon. Trump should not make the same mistake. – PJ Media
It is also a big part of why MAGA even exists. Millions of Americans voted for Trump because he promised he was not like the career politicians and billionaires who always protect their own. He said he would drain the swamp. He said there would be no more special deals for the powerful while the rest of us get brushed aside and called conspiracy theorists for daring to ask questions.
And we cannot forget that it was during Trump’s first term that Epstein was finally arrested again, and Ghislaine Maxwell was hunted down and taken into custody. It felt like we were finally about to see the whole rotten network exposed for what it really was. The swamp looked like it might drain itself for once.
Epstein was arrested on Trumps watch. Died under Trumps watch. And the coverup on Trumps watch.

If you believed that promise, then you know the Epstein mess was the clearest test. A convicted sex trafficker connected to royals, presidents, donors, and celebrities. This was the swamp in plain sight. Dragging every name into the light should have been the easiest thing to do if you truly wanted to prove you were not one of them.
Instead, now all of a sudden, Donald Trump wants us to move on and forget about the Epstein files or the Epstein client list or whatever you want to call it. Dan and Kash are also out there telling us Epstein really did kill himself after all. So we are just supposed to swallow that and let it go.
I FULLY support President Trump, but saying let’s “not waste Time and Energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about.”
I respectfully disagree.
Sir, we need ULTIMATE transparency to rebuild trust of our justice system to the American people.

Meanwhile, there are rumors that Dan Bongino is threatening to quit if Pam Bondi is not fired. Fired for what exactly? Maybe for mishandling those ridiculous binders with the paid social media influencers. I will give them that. It was a stupid move. And she never should have been on TV promising she could deliver something so big if she could not back it up. Enough already.
So with all that mess happening, Donald Trump takes to his Truth Social site to type out a reprimand for his MAGA base. He wasn’t just telling us to move on, he is calling the Epstein files Radical Left Inspired Documents. What in the world?
The Epstein files are not folklore. They are not a distraction and should remind us how easy it is for the truth to slip away when powerful people decide we do not need to know any more. It is not just about one side protecting their own. It is about how quickly our chance to see behind the curtain can disappear when the people we trusted tell us to stop looking. Or maybe there really isn’t anything there, but at this stage, I find that hard to believe.
As for the Bondi and Bongino blowup, here’s my take. Yes, Bondi made a mess of it. She should never have promised what she could not deliver. But Dan, do not be a quitter. You helped build up this promise, too. If there’s a real fight behind the scenes, then stay in and fix it. Ordinary Americans do not get to just walk away when it gets ugly. Neither should you.
When the people in power tell you to stop asking questions, that is when you should ask more. I do not care if Trump says otherwise. I do not care if the Bondis and Bonginos of the world want this buried. Until the whole story comes out, every name, every visit, every sick deal, my side-eye stays right here.
Yes, we have other pressing matters to deal with, too. But we can walk and chew gum at the same time. That does not mean this gets tossed aside and forgotten. It should not budge an inch.
