Alan Dershowitz wants you to know he is in the know. In a new round of eyebrow-raising interviews, the famous defense attorney says he has seen Jeffrey Epstein’s elusive client list. He claims he knows exactly which high-profile names are on it. But he insists his lawyer obligations stop him from telling you who they are.
Lawyer Alan Dershowitz says that he “knows the names” on the Epstein list and that the Epstein files are being “suppressed” to protect people. He says he’s bound to confidentiality and can’t share the names but that files and names DO exist. Wow.pic.twitter.com/q8CpyMLeFb

Alan Dershowitz vs DOJ: Where Is the Real Epstein Client List?
Meanwhile, the Department of Justice just announced there is no Epstein client list at all. According to them, there are only case files, sealed documents, and witness statements. But no official master list of who was getting what from Epstein’s island of horrors. That alone is enough reason to demand answers. Case files, witness statements, and sealed documents should not stay buried forever. They need to see the light of day. Don’t you think?
In an interview with Sean Spicer, renowned Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz claimed he’s personally seen Jeffrey Epstein’s full client list. However, don’t expect any revelations just yet — Dershowitz says a judge-imposed confidentiality order bars him from disclosing the identities of those entangled in the infamous files.
[…]
He asserted that critical documents in the Epstein saga are being “deliberately, willfully suppressed” to shield certain individuals from scrutiny. “Hand to God, I know the names of the people whose files are being suppressed in order to protect them, and that’s wrong,” he declared, indicating that the suppression isn’t just bureaucratic inertia; it’s a conscious effort to protect the powerful.
When pressed on whether these protected individuals were politicians or business leaders, Dershowitz’s answer was blunt: “They’re everything.” The implication is chilling. The rot, he suggests, is not confined to one sector but permeates the very fabric of elite society. – PJ Media
So which is it? Is Dershowitz dangling secrets that do not exist, or does he know something the DOJ would rather keep buried? And more importantly, how did we get here in the first place?
Epstein’s Secrets: Decades of Corruption They Hope You Forget
This web of exploitation goes back decades. Billionaires, politicians, royals, CEOs — the powerful people who mingled with Epstein did not just show up overnight. The flight logs, the black book, and the sealed court filings all tell pieces of a story that many would rather stay hidden.
President Trump seems to think that plenty of Americans are tired of hearing about Epstein. I think he’s trying to sway people to move on, but this scandal feels endless. Sure, the man is dead, the headlines come in waves, the big names keep getting teased, and the victims are still waiting for real justice. Should it go away? Maybe that is what the elites are counting on, that people will tune out, give up, and move on. But they should not get to breathe easy just because the rest of us are exhausted by the lies.
Bound by Confidentiality or Bound by Choice?
So let’s talk about Dershowitz for a moment. He says he is bound by confidentiality. Fair enough, a lawyer does have a duty to protect client information and sealed material. But if Dershowitz truly wanted to free himself to name names, there are legal channels for that. He could go to a judge, file a motion, argue that the public interest outweighs secrecy, and ask for permission to disclose what he knows. If he really believed the public deserves the truth, he would fight to make that happen in court.
Instead, he drops a bombshell claim, then shrugs and says his hands are tied. So, which is it, can’t or won’t?
Alan Dershowitz Says He Knows It All — So Why Not Prove It?
Of course, if he ignored the rules and blurted out names tomorrow on live TV, he could face sanctions, disbarment, or worse. But how many times have we seen whistleblowers take that risk when the stakes were high enough? If Dershowitz wants to be the man who breaks the Epstein cover-up wide open, he has to do more than tease it. He has to fight for the right to tell the whole story or accept that he is just adding to the noise.
And think about who is saying this. Alan Dershowitz is not just some random headline-chaser. He is a Yale-educated, Harvard law professor who has argued before the Supreme Court and even helped defend a sitting president. If a man with that kind of legal pedigree is going on record claiming he knows exactly who Epstein’s clients were, that is a wild proclamation. Does he really have bombshell evidence no one else does, or is he just dangling the idea to stay relevant? Either way, when someone as credible as Dershowitz says something like this, it should make every American wonder what else is still hidden.
Dershowitz wasn’t vague about the gravity of what’s being concealed.
[…]
He didn’t stop there, arguing that some of Epstein’s alleged victims named in the files may themselves have been perpetrators, and that judges are actively shielding false accusers from exposure. According to Dershowitz, “If the accusation is allowed out, so should the material that diminishes the credibility of the accuser.” He’s called for “total transparency,” demanding that every document be released without redactions.
Dershowitz’s name has been dragged through the mud in the Epstein affair, most notably by Virginia Giuffre, who accused him in 2014 of having sex with her when she was underage. The legal battle that followed was long and ugly, with both sides suing for defamation. But in 2022, the lawsuits ended with no damages awarded, and Giuffre herself issued a statement acknowledging that she may have “made a mistake” in identifying Dershowitz as one of her abusers. “I now recognize I may have made a mistake in identifying Mr. Dershowitz,” she admitted, a rare moment of public retraction in a case that’s been marked by sensationalism and media hysteria. – PJ Media
Does Alan Dershowitz Want Transparency — or Vindication?
And maybe there is another layer to all of this. Dershowitz’s name has been dragged through the mud for years because of his ties to Epstein. One of Epstein’s most well-known accusers, Virginia Giuffre, claimed in 2014 that Dershowitz had sex with her when she was underage. That kicked off a long and bitter legal battle with lawsuits and countersuits for defamation. But in the end, Giuffre admitted she may have made a mistake in identifying him, and the lawsuits ended with no damages awarded.
So when Dershowitz now calls for total transparency, for every file and every name to come out, accusers and accused alike, maybe it is not just about exposing powerful predators. Maybe he wants every scrap of evidence laid bare so he can clear his name for good and prove his side of the story once and for all.
Was there ever really a single, neat client list? Or is the real scandal that the entire system turned a blind eye while Epstein and his circle operated in plain sight? Maybe the better question is not who is on the list, but how many lists, files, favors, and hush-hush deals it took to protect them all for so long.
If Dershowitz wants to be an American folk hero, he should answer that. The American people deserve to know who was involved, who looked away, and who is still working to keep the whole rotten mess locked up tight. Until then, it is just another round of half-truths, headline-grabbing claims, and no justice for the victims who paid the price.
