Birthrights? What a Mess!

Before I talk about this issue again, do you want to know the truth, or just be entertained? All of your Rights depend upon the truth!

Fox News is reporting, Trump to begin enforcing birthright citizenship order this morning. The only order from the Supreme Court on the matter is a slap-down of the lower courts that have been trying to unlawfully run the country from their bench, without any such power or authority. The actual issue of what is or isn’t a “birthright citizen” has yet to be ruled on by the high court.

“Trump administration lawyers told a federal judge Tuesday that they could begin enforcing President Donald Trump‘s executive order ending birthright citizenship before the end of July — moving quickly to enforce the controversial order just days after a landmark Supreme Court ruling.”

It’s not “ending birthright citizenship,” which the government has no right to play around with at all. It’s ending the abuse of the courts (including the U.S. Supreme Court) that have intentionally misapplied the reconstruction amendment to over 40 million illegal invaders, when the amendment was designed solely for former slaves and their families in the late 1800s. A class of people that has not existed ever since…

A “birthright” is…

• a right or privilege that you are entitled to at birth
• an inheritance coming by right of birth
• personal characteristics that are inherited at birth

There are two concepts in play concerning “right of birth” in this regard. One comes from the Laws of Nature, Jus Sanguinis, and the other comes from man-made legal doctrines, Jus soli .

The cornerstone of Constitutional Law in the USA was established in our Declaration of Independence, upon which, all else was erected.

“to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them”

U.S. Constitutional Law is based upon Natural Law and the inalienable Natural Rights of a free people. In this case, the natural right of a child to be born a legal citizen of the same society of the natural birth Father, by way of natural inheritance at birth, Jus Sanguinis.

The simple fact is, the Jus Soli theory is a direct infringement upon Jus Sanguinis rights of birth. It allows governments to lay claim to foreigners born in their country, despite the parents being legal citizens elsewhere. It also allows a government to replace it’s natural born Citizens with illegal aliens who give birth to a child on our soil, illegally!

In the USA, all “Rights” are Natural Rights of a free people. These rights are inherited by our offspring at birth, via the Natural Law right of inheritance known as, and recognized throughout the world, as Jus Sanguinis.

This is all codified clearly in a 17th Century global Treaties titled The Law of Nations.

“As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”

This is the definition of a “birthright citizen.” It’s also the definition of “natural born Citizen” mentioned in Article II of the Constitution. The only other form of legal citizenship in the USA is “naturalized citizenship” via the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Laws passed by Congress.

The courts have intentionally gotten this wrong ever since the late 1800s in a “landmark case” UNITED STATES v. WONG KIM ARK. This case opinion must be overturned or clarified by today’s Supreme Court in order to right this wrong!

But as I point out all the time…the courts have no power or authority over Congress or the Executive Branch. Their “court opinions” are not laws and they do not enjoy supremacy over the laws adopted by Congress, or the administration of our laws via the Executive Branch.

It’s time to settle this matter correctly, once and for all!
