UPenn erases Lia Thomas, gives “her” titles to the girls they should have gone to

Under the guise of inclusivity, the University of Pennsylvania decided to hand over special rights to a man at the expense of women’s rights. And despite that ending up to be the most exclusive thing one can do, considering only one person was afforded such privileges, the university still pretended to be on the compassionate side of history.

Well, it turns out that biological facts don’t stop fact-checking the moment school officials decide to affirm lies. That is why the Trump Administration did what needed to be done.

Trans swimmer Lia Thomas is set to have his titles removed after not only failing in the men’s division, but also after stealing titles away from female athletes who have dedicated so much of their lives to the sport.

According to the New York Post:

Transgender swimming champion Lia Thomas will be stripped of University of Pennsylvania swimming titles after the Ivy League school bowed to pressure from the Trump administration.

Is that what you voted for? Because it most definitely is what I voted for.

The university will also issue formal apologies to every biological female competitor who lost out to a transgender competitor following an investigation by the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR).

While the apology is long overdue, it’s even more pathetic considering they are being forced into it.

The probe found UPenn violated Title IX by “allowing a male to compete in female athletic programs and occupy female-only intimate facilities.”

Wow. Shocker. Who could have guessed that?

“Today’s resolution agreement with UPenn is yet another example of the Trump effect in action. Thanks to the leadership of President Trump, UPenn has agreed both to apologize for its past Title IX violations and to ensure that women’s sports are protected at the University for future generations of female athletes,” Secretary of Education Linda McMahon said in a statement.

The resolution agreement signed by the university will require it to undertake a host of additional actions, including adopting “biology-based definitions for ‘male’ and ‘female’ under Title IX” and issuing a public statement that it will no longer allow biological men to compete in female athletic programs or occupy women-only locker rooms.

While this action was necessary, the real scandal is that it became necessary in the first place. For most of history, we haven’t needed formal resolutions or redefinitions of biological sex to distinguish right from wrong. But only the progressive left could take something entirely normal and twist it into a manufactured crusade for trans rights—at the direct expense of women’s rights. And the fact that they actually think this is inclusive and compassionate? That’s a whole other mess we don’t even have time to get into.
