President Trump Right or Wrong?

Just as President Trump was imposing a “ceasefire” on Israel and Iran, leaving the apocalyptic regime in Tehran in power, another Shia Muslim was taking the USA by storm by capturing the Democratic Party’s nomination for mayor of New York City. So-called “democratic socialist” Zohran Mamdani is a “Twelver,” officially an Athna-Asheri Muslim. This dangerous sect of Shia Islam is personified by the Ayatollah of Iran and forecasts chaos and conflict producing the end of the world and the appearance of the 12^th Imam that will impose global Islamic rule.

On My Rumble television show, “Red Jihad Comes to New York City,”  analyst Trevor Loudon and I discuss this ominous development in the international context.

It looks like Iran and its Shiite religious followers will return to fight another day, and that battle may be on the streets of New York City, our nation’s financial capital, as we enter a crucial year. July 4, 2026, will mark the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and September 11, 2026, will mark the 25th anniversary of the Islamic terror attacks on New York City and the Pentagon.

Wil America survive? The answer depends on the ability of our people to understand the Red-Green Axis, epitomized by Iran’s reliance on Russia and Red China and Mamdani’s success in the Democratic Party.

We may laugh at Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei claiming victory over Israel, in the wake of the Israeli and American strikes, but it is not a laughing matter. The fate of several hundred pounds of potentially enriched and weaponized uranium is still an issue.

Americans applaud and thank our soldiers for risking their lives in the miliary operations that have taken place over Iran and in the region. America’s soldiers and military equipment are truly extraordinary. The additional issue, however, is what was accomplished and whether the Iranian regime and its sponsors are truly defeated.

Equally serious, President Trump is allowing Iran to continue to export oil to Communist China. “China can now continue to purchase Oil from Iran. Hopefully, they will be purchasing plenty from the U.S., also,” he said in a post on Truth Social. A White House official told Reuters that China was the world’s top importer of Iranian oil.

As the war continued, there was fear that the Iranian regime would attempt to close the Strait of Hormuz to oil tankers, a closure hard for China. Then, suddenly, the war was over and a “ceasefire” announced. Although Trump had suggested regime change in Tehran, he suddenly let the Ayatollah and his Mullahs continue in power.

The coddling of the Chinese regime is hard to explain, especially considering revelations from FBI Director Kash Patel that China interfered in the 2020 presidential election through fraudulent IDs and mail-in-ballot schemes.

Leaving the Iranian regime in place raises many questions and the Trump Administration must answer them. It is true that the “Iranian resistance” was hardly a viable alternative, since it was a Marxist and Muslim group with questionable support inside the country. On the other hand, why leave the Mullahs in control with their End Times theology?

Such questions are instantly branded by some in the MAGA movement as somehow disrespectful of President Trump. They claim that Trump made a “decisive” blow against Iran, that he had the authority to act unilaterally, and that the Congress should have had no role in approving the operation. I strongly disagree.

In a below-the-belt attack, one commentator ridiculed me for questioning the Trump approach on the grounds that I took the COVID-19 vaccine shot. That seems strange, even ludicrous, because the vaccine was developed under then-President Trump’s authorization and he recommended that people of my age should take it. Trump himself took the vaccine.

In defense of Trump, some say Trump’s critical role in COVID-19  vaccine development should be ignored because he was bamboozled by Anthony Fauci.

This argument is undermined by the fact that, under Trump’s second term, the CDC still recommends the COVID-19 shot for most adults ages 18 and older. People in my age category, ages 65 years and older, are especially encouraged to get the vaccine.

Thus, we have an unusual situation. Some in the MAGA movement applaud his military strikes on Iran but want to conveniently ignore his role in approving COVID-19 shots and seek to discredit those of us who took that advice. They want to support some Trump positions while whitewashing his positions on others.

Why has the CDC under RFK Jr. continue to promote the shot for some age groups? It is because COVID-19 is a dangerous virus, which some call a bioweapon, and the vaccine provides some protection for some people. For others, the virus is not as dangerous. “Parents of children ages 6 months to 17 years should discuss the benefits of vaccination with a healthcare provider,” the CDC says.

Perhaps we can all agree that the virus is dangerous for many people and that Red China should pay for releasing it into the world. That used to be Trump’s position. He once demanded trillions of dollars in reparations from China.

We should view with alarm the report that U.S. officials are drawing up plans for President Trump to visit China later this year with a delegation of dozens of CEOs.

Whether it is Trump, Biden, or Obama, I believe we must exercise independent thought and judgment. We must stop supporting the president just because he is the president. We must think for ourselves.

I made the judgment during the release of COVID that I should take the COVID-19 vaccine, although I opposed the lockdowns, and that I could not support his unilateral and limited military strikes on Iran. I stand by these judgments.

President Trump was elected by the people, first in 2016 and then in 2024. But that does not mean we should be blind followers. For those who desire independent thinking, I recommend my commercial-free website and Rumble channel. I am not trying to sell you gold or identify theft protection.

I am not a Luddite, like some “conservatives” opposed to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and crypto.
