JD Vance can’t wait to hop on BlueSky, trolls leftists now that an Islamic Socialist became the new leader of the Democrat Party

To paraphrase Tobey Ziegler, I’d like to caution my friends on the right against tempting the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing. It’s fun to have fun at the expense of New York City now that they (unofficially) elected an extremist and socialist like Zohran Mamdani as mayor. Theoretically, the suburbs will be popping red pills when they see him turn NYC into what Brandon Johnson is turning Chicago into. Still, let’s not tempt fate by celebrating too much.

That is not to say we can’t have some fun today, as America’s #1 Bluesky troll JD Vance did. He couldn’t wait to congratulate The Zohran on becoming the national leader of the Democrat Party.

Who is The Zohran? He is an antisemitic Islamic socialist who, after only coming to America six years ago, rose to prominence as a NYC Assemblyman. You know the schtick by now. He plans to make buses and groceries free by raising taxes on those who have been successful in life, all of whom are looking up property in Florida this morning.

How did he get elected?

Part of it has to do with taking advantage of New York’s notorious low voter turnout. Only 20% of registered Democrat voters in New York City bothered to vote in the primary last night, and the portion who voted for The Zohran amounts to only 5% of New York City’s population.

The other part is that, like many radical leftists, he was able to galvanize upper-class white liberals to vote against the interests of Black and Brown voters. Operation AWFL turned out to be a highly effective get-out-the-vote apparatus.

What do we do now? Sit back, let the media celebrate The Zohran as the new Democrat leader who should be an inspiration to all other Democrats, and say, “Yes, we agree.”

We’ve been watching this movie for a few years now. Progressive voters elect progressive politicians to enact progressive policies in progressive cities. Then, when the result is more crime and a horrendous quality of life, those of us out in real America vote for the opposite because we don’t want any of that where we live. The more extreme the left gets, the more voters flock to Donald Trump in 2024. Really, all voters except for childless cat ladies. The same group that helped elect The Zohran.

But again, don’t tempt the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing. The Zohran can easily happen where you live if people don’t take local elections seriously.
