The titanic battle between the Democratic Party’s past and present will be decided on Tuesday, with the future of the nation’s largest city at stake.
New York City voters are set to choose who will be moving into City Hall later this year in the Democratic Party’s mayoral primary, a ranked-choice voting contest pitting the state’s disgraced ex-governor Andrew Cuomo against inexperienced Zohran Mamdani, a man with a plan, unfortunately, it’s straight out of the Communist Manifesto.

In the final pre-election poll, Mamdani has closed the gap and is now neck and neck with Cuomo, according to Emerson College Polling/PIX11/The Hill, and based on a forecast of the final round of voting, would come out on top.

The granny-killing former governor notoriously stuffed nursing homes full of COVID patients during the pandemic hell, introducing carriers of the virus into an environment filled with those most susceptible to it, and many never made it out alive. There is also the matter of his forced resignation amid a flurry of allegations over inappropriate sexual behavior.
Cuomo was just endorsed by Bill Clinton; it takes a cad to know one.
Also at stake is the prestige of one Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who endorsed Mamdani, a chance to prove that she still has clout as the shrieky former bartender prepares to launch a potential 2028 White House run. According to polling, AOC is currently the Democratic frontrunner, and a Mamdani clubbing of Cuomo would be a boost for her national campaign.
A Ugandan-born Muslim socialist, the young Mamdani has pledged to bring government-run grocery stores to the Big Apple. He has also called for free childcare, free buses, rent relief, taxing the hell out of the well-off, and 200,000 units of new affordable housing.
এই বছরে ভোট দেওয়ার নিয়মটা একটু আলাদা — আপনি একজনকে না, বরং পাঁচজনকে র্যাঙ্ক করতে পারেন!
This year, voting is a little different — you don’t just pick one person, rather you can rank up to five!

He also just condemned President Donald J. Trump’s bombing of Iran’s nuclear sites as an “unconstitutional military action” and has been accused of anti-Semitism for his anti-Israel statements.
If the “Ayatollah” Mamdani wins, there is still one last hope for Gotham residents who could wheel out the bat signal for a familiar face to save them.
Current New York Mayor Eric Adams has been run out of his own party over his criticism of Joe Biden and willingness to assist President Trump with the illegal alien problem and after having the prior regime’s lawfare case against him dismissed by the Justice Department, he is set to announce his reelection campaign later this week.
Hizzoner will be running as an Independent and campaigning on real issues that matter, not the Marxist brain rot that fuels Mamdani and his followers. He’ll be pushing streets where residents aren’t in fear for their lives every time that they venture outside of their homes, and affordability.
“Those are the issues that are important to New Yorkers,” Adams told a local radio station back in April. “They want a safe city. They want an affordable city. And I want them to know that is what I produced for them.”
Mandami is such an odious candidate that even the left-wing propaganda rag, the New York Times, has come out against him, and that speaks volumes.
Whoever takes the Dem primary is a slam dunk for the general mayoral election in November in a city that would vote for a sack of rancid garbage if it had a “D” next to it, which pretty much describes Mamdani.
