Judge Arun Subramanian threatened to have Sean “Diddy” Combs removed from the courtroom for nodding at jurors.
After the jury was dismissed for lunch, the judge blasted Combs for “looking at jurors and nodding vigorously” during the morning testimony of Bryana “Bana” Bongolon.
“It cannot happen again,” Subramanian said.
The judge warned Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo that he would consider removing the Bad Boy Records founder from the courtroom if he continued the behavior.
