On Sunday June 1, 2025, Mohamed Soliman, a 45-year-old Egyptian national, attacked a pro-Israel demonstration in Boulder, Colorado.

Habiba was brought into custody with the rest of her family on Tuesday.
Twelve people were injured with Molotov cocktails and a flamethrower. The FBI immediately labeled the attack a terrorist attack and hate crime. Soliman was shouting “Free Palestine” as he attacked the families and children.
Soliman has been charged with attempted murder. He had entered the U.S. legally in 2022 during The Obiden Regime but was illegal at the time due to an expired visa.
Trump blamed Biden’s “open border” policy for the barbaric attack on Jewish families.
On Tuesday ICE arrested Mohamad Soliman’s wife and five children.

The suspected attacker, Mohamed Soliman, has a wife and five children, according to court filings. It remains unclear what the family members’ U.S. immigration status is and whether the whole family was taken into custody.
