Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was hit with a House Judiciary Committee subpoena Friday demanding he produce long-awaited records on nine migrants suspected of sickening crimes, including the rape of a disabled teen girl and a mob assault on two NYPD cops.
DHS must hand over documents on the accused criminals by 9 a.m. on July 17, according to documents exclusively obtained by The Post.
“Your response, to date, without compulsory process has been inadequate,” Committee Chairman Rep. Him Jordan (R-Ohio) wrote in the filing’s scathing cover letter.
Jordan accused Mayorkas of deliberately dragging his feet “for months on end” as the committee made repeated requests for information starting in October 2023.
Among those they want more information are illegal aliens who attacked two NYPD officers, an illegal alien accused of raping a 15-year-old, and an illegal alien who is accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old.
Since October 2023, the committee has been asking for details on accused illegal alien criminals but Mayorkas has not produced any such information.
Most recently, in April, the committee requested A-Files on a slew of illegal aliens accused of crimes, including the six migrant men charged with a mob attack on two New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers but whom Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) has offered plea deals.

Among the accused illegal alien criminals that the committee has subpoenaed Mayorkas over is the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Massachusetts in March allegedly at the hands of a Haitian migrant.
Also, the committee wants details on the Venezuelan illegal alien accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl in Campbell County, Virginia.
