Medical experts and observers have long questioned Donald Trump’s mental and psychological health, with malignant narcissism appearing as the most consistent diagnosis of Trump’s supposed illness. Those discussions have fallen to the sidelines in recent years, but resurfaced in response to certain speeches and behavior from the former president.

The following is an excerpt of the above video:
And what I would say if you really want to get a sense for how they can think and how it all works, go and watch a full Trump speech and a full Biden speech, watch the whole thing. And if you watch the Biden speech, you will see that he seems to understand policy, he’s oriented, [knows] the title [sic] the time and place. He’s able to speak extemporaneously about historical foreign policy issues he worked on, and sometimes he mumbles and stutters, which is something he’s dealt with for a long time, and sometimes he seems to lose his train of thought, and then he recovers.
On the other hand, if you watch an hour of a Trump speech, which mostly are these whacked rallies lately, you will see that he tells numerous lies, he makes up stories, he says words that don’t exist, and then sometimes [he] will physically react, because he realizes “I don’t know what I’m saying” and he’ll just change the topic. He will glitch badly. He will sometimes freeze and not know where to go next. God forbid his teleprompter fails, which has happened, he becomes completely incoherent. He’ll tell stories so strange that everybody on stage behind him freezes and goes totally silent, wondering in horror what is going on.
