Amnon Muchtar, 67 from Petah Tikvah, has been named as the victim of the attack in Qalqilya in Judea Samaria. Amnon was in city to buy produce for his vegetable stall.
When the Muslims realized he was Jewish. They executed him in his car and kept firing, then set the car alight.
He leaves behind a wife and five children, and his family said that he owned and operated a vegetable stall and would often purchase his produce from Palestinian traders in Qalqilya.

Amnon Muchtar, 67, was shot and burned alive by Palestinians in Qalqilya after he went to go buy some vegetables for his grocery stall.
Muchtar, who leaves behind a wife and five children, owned and operated a vegetable stall in his hometown, and according to his family, would often purchase his produce from Palestinian traders in Qalqilya.
The city is under the governance of the Palestinian Authority.
