Steve Bannon has filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court to delay the start of his prison sentence.
Bannon filed the emergency application for continued release with the Supreme Court on Friday.
This is his last option to stave off the start of his prison sentence, as it comes after an appeals court rejected his bid on Thursday.
His attorneys say it would be an even-handed approach to allow Bannon to remain on release while the appeals process plays out.
