Donald Trump on Wednesday tore into billionaire George Soros and his heir, Alexander, calling for their prosecution under federal racketeering laws and accusing them of bankrolling chaos across America.
“They should be prosecuted under the RICO Act for their support of violent protests—and much more—throughout the United States of America,” Trump declared on Truth Social, likening Soros’s political machine to an organized crime syndicate.
The president warned that Soros and his network were deliberately undermining the country:
“We will no longer let these lunatics tear America apart without giving it a chance to BREATHE and be FREE. Soros and his gang of psychopaths have caused serious damage to our country! This includes his crazy friends on the West Coast. Stay careful—we are watching you!”
The Soros Empire at Work
Despised by conservatives worldwide, George Soros built his Open Society Foundations into one of the most powerful left-wing funding machines on the planet. For decades, OSF has poured billions into groups pushing mass migration, criminal justice “reforms” that empower criminals, and political activism designed to erode national sovereignty.
In 2023, Soros formally passed control of his empire to his son, Alexander. Far from moderating, Alexander openly boasted of his intention to intensify U.S. political interference—focusing on minority voter mobilization and pressuring Democrats to sharpen their attacks on Trump. His stated goal: block Trump’s return to the White House at any cost.
Earlier this year, Joe Biden rewarded Soros with the Presidential Medal of Freedom—an award critics saw as proof of the cozy alliance between the Democratic establishment and Soros’s radical globalist agenda.
From “Philanthropy” to Protest
Time and again, Soros-backed organizations have been tied to violent and destabilizing protests. During the June uprisings in Los Angeles against Trump’s immigration policies, conservative activists pointed out that Soros-funded groups were behind the mobilization and logistics. While mainstream outlets scrambled to deny the connections, Soros’s fingerprints have been spotted repeatedly—whether through direct funding or satellite nonprofits—whenever unrest erupts on American streets.
